We had a 3 night stay while we were attending a family wedding in nearby Horton Grange. We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel.
On the day we arrived we had a meal in the Three Mile pub which was delicious and excellent value for money. We then enjoyed a drink in the beer garden.
The following morning we had breakfast which was delicious, plentiful and again great value for money. The reception staff kindly let us use one of the reception rooms for the ladies attending the wedding to have their hair and make up done. We were very grateful for that.
Overall we were very impressed with the hotel from the friendliness and professionalism of all staff we encountered to the cleanest comfort of the rooms which has fabulous air conditioning!
We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
Ze hebben veel glutenvrije alternatieven. Dat was een leuke extra 😀
El hotel está muy bien a nivel de servicios, comodidad, limpieza…
La wifi no funcionaba
Lovely clean room staff very friendly and polite and professional
Everything about the property
The only thing that let this place down is the lighting it can be quite dark in places within your room
Everything from arriving to leaving and everything in between is perfect.
Nothing
Location with parking is excellent - easy to get into the city by metro or taxi - rooms all great and breakfast great
Lovely rooms; very high standard decor and comfort
Traffic can be heavy - a bit further outside of Newcastle centre than we had anticipated
Very good breakfast.
We upgraded our room at £141. Per night . Was a great location for an event in Gosforth. Basic rooms looked good too. Hotel itself is lovely and clean with a large bar and pizza restaurant downstairs.
Everything was spot on for our stay.
We stayed here as we were going to see Paul Weller at Exhibition Park in Newcastle which is basically a straight road to the park and city, It's 3 miles to city and we walked but there's easy access to city via bus stop outside hotel or Metro 5mins away or taxi.
The hotel was perfect for us, Very clean, modern and friendly staff, There's a pub with bar food or a pizza restaurant and if we go back to Newcastle I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to friends, There's also a good car park which is free to guests.
Gosforth is also a very nice place with good restaurants, pubs, cafes so if you dont want the City Centre crowds then you can go for the more relaxed atmosphere in Gosforth high street.
All in, Hotel was a 5/5 . Great location too.
We liked the ac in room the bed was comfortable
We didn’t like that all staff seemed uninterested and rude seems they just want to talk god forbid you interrupt that
Room was dusty tea stained and generally a tad grubby for the price point they usually go for
The halls are a trip hazard with carpets bunching up and signs hanging off walls with dirty mirrors in lift spilt drinks in halls sticky floors and glasses out the entrance with cig ends everywhere we looked
Breakfast was hit and miss the food was edible the fried breakfast was soggy nothing was warm just mediocre the pastry’s were stale in general there is no care or ambition with anything just that will do mentality
For the luxury up market hotel I’d say to others save your money go elsewhere u will get better service food and atmosphere elsewhere this seems a hotel for young drunk generation
Location & facilities in the room
🔵 The music in the bar is not compatible with anyone wanting to listen to the sport and yet visible on every screen
🔵 Some of the young staff clearing tables, either disinterested or unhelpful.
🔵 Every time the function room is used the music sound levels increase considerably and compete against each other. Other guests complained about the excessive noise but told nothing could be done.
Great customer service and rooms are comfortable, clean well decorated either a touch of luxury and pampering feel. It’s my second time staying in this hotel and will definitely be coming back.
Free EV charging, comfortable rooms, and great bar and pizza.
No fridge in the room.
