Bar is very busy but that’s not a problem just an observation.
Fabulous staff, attention to detail in the rooms, very comfortable bed, lovely handwash and bath gel, excellent facilities in the room, large fluffy towels, choice of pillows, everything worked as it should, the food was excellent and the ambience/atmosphere was, calm and welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Room was excellent, quiet and comfortable. Easily controlled air conditioning.. Good food available excellent service and staff were attentive. Ample free parking something rare in Newcastle. Easy bus journey right into City centre with a frequent service, with bus stop right outside hotel.

Hotel was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The staff were lovely.
My room was junior suite but still the lighting was quite poor and I found it difficult to get ready.
I have stayed here several times when visiting Newcastle the hotel is well run clean and tidy with very good and helpful staff. The food is always good and of a high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to my friends and family and will almost certainly stay again in the future.

Very clean and comfortable , excellent brekafast and outstanding staff for example, in the restaurant they turned the music down when we ate there (we are old and a bit deaf so it was hard to hear ourselves talk!)
Double glazing not all that effective at covering the road noise and the DJ event in the Thrree Mile bar was very noisy on the Wednesday evening - though when we phoned reception they did ask them to turn down the base. which helped a bit.
