The room was near the lift which was helpful
The room cleaning wasn’t carried out on the 4th day.we put the ‘please clean the room’ ticket out but it was ignored. Consequently, no toilet rolls, no tea bags, no clean towels. This makes a massive difference in a disabled room.

Great location. 10 minute walk to Metro Train Station

We did have a smell in our room on arrival but after reporting to reception it was dealt with swiftly.
Everything was perfect. Clean, cosy, affordable, with an excellent value breakfast. Iron and iron board and hairdryer were present. Pizza place was great for dinner, the bar ever had a pool table and darts. I think I spotted a soft play in the dining area, but we got there in the evening, so probably open during the day.
Will definitely stay there again if in the area.
The ony thing to make it perfect would be ev charging stations.

Great central location for a business trip, friendly, helpful staff, nice pub at the side, quiet rooms
This is a fantastic venue with a fabulous bar, function rooms and great pizza/Breakfast room. Kind and friendly staff who were very helpful. We were at an event inside the hotel in the Three Mile Inn so it was really convenient. However, if looking for city centre it is not. Approx. 20 mins outside but an easy bus ride or Uber.
It would have been lovely to have a fridge in the room over our two night stay. Plenty of tea and coffee provided however and an iron and board in the room.
