Atendimento do recepcionista deixou a desejar, parecia que não queria estar ali trabalhando, atendimento muito ruim.

Outro ponto, a cidade estava recebendo uma prova do Ironman 70.3 e o hotel estava praticamente lotado com atletas para fazer a prova, poderiam se preparar melhor para recebê-los.

Atendimento da recepção pessimo , equipe mal treinada !
Tivemos o sumiço de um fone de ouvido e de uma caneca de lembrança que havíamos comprado ! Outro amigo estava hospedado lá e também sumiu um óculos ! Café da manhã com pouca reposição .
Água quente do chuveiro fraca e no máximo morna .

Elevador barulhento. Estragou a minha estadia.
Pros:

Fui disputar o ironman e a localização perto do parque Barigui ajudou muito no deslocamento.

Cons:

O quarto ficava de frente para os elevadores, o qual era muito barulhento. Ficava o dia todo fazendo barulho. Tinha que ter isolamento acústico na porta do quarto de frente aos elevadores.

O café da manhã era simples e 90% dos hóspedes do hotel estavam lá para fazer a prova do Ironman. Mesmo assim o hotel se recusou a antecipar o café da manhã no domingo.
