Pros:

I liked the location and the breakfast.

Cons:

I did not like how the bathroom was laid out. There was water everywhere after I took a shower because the shower is so shallow. There was no hair blower available in the room. Found some molds in the shower handles and faucet. Staff did not instruct us where to get the complimentary water so we had to go out and find the nearest store to buy some bottled water.

Pros:

The service from the front desk staff, doormen, and restaurant staff is absolutely outstanding.

Cons:

I stayed on the fifth floor, but the bed sheets felt damp. The shower water pressure was very weak. Also, I found a cockroach in the room.

Pros:

E' comunque un bell'hotel in una zona con ristoranti,caffè,pasticcerie ecc..La colazione è molto varia, dolce e salato, frutta e vari tipi di cibo per tutte le culture. Lo staff è molto gentile e cerca di risolvere gli eventuali problemi.

Cons:

La prima camera che mi hanno dato era piccola ma c'era tutto, il problema è che non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Ho cambiato stanza e l'aria condizionata non era regolabile, anche a 30 °C c'era freddo ma soprattutto non c'era più la scrivania nè un divano dove appoggiare i vestiti. Mancavano i comodini, l'unica presa di corrente era in mezzo ai due cuscini,l'armadio aveva una sola mensola a 1.8 mt da terra. Poi ci sono stati problemi quotidiani tipo internet assente,segnale tv assente,la tessera magnetica non apre la porta. Purtroppo avevo prenotato una settimana intera altrimenti sarei scappato il giorno dopo.
