The owner charged as she like.
The room was not acceptable.
My room was downgraded & the owner claimed no refund of the difference on price as she claims that its the same price.
U have to pay additional for usage of the facilities per room.

Cons:

They give 2 bedrooms differentiated by a plywood wall, curtains instead of doors, one toilet between 2 bedrooms, sliding toilet door, shower is directly over toilet bowl so you stand really awkwardly to shower, no toilet roll, one room has cupboard only, the other has charging point only. Furniture is in bad condition, pillow bedsheet stained

Our family of 25 people stayed here for 2 nights and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
• Facilities & Space: The chalet area is very spacious with a large dining area – perfect for big families. There is also a swimming pool which the children absolutely loved.
• Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchen comes with complete basic facilities, allowing us to cook our own meals comfortably.
• Host’s Hospitality: The chalet owner is very friendly and highly experienced in business, easy to chat with and happy to share ideas.
• Location: Only a short walk to Pantai Chendor, where you can even set up tents for free to relax and enjoy a BBQ.

Uncomfortable stay due to poor cleanliness, although the location was strategic.
Pros:

The location was convenient for my PAC and UKJK near INTAN.

Cons:

The bedsheet and pillowcases were stained and visibly dirty, with marks that looked like they hadn’t been washed properly. The towel provided was also in poor condition and didn’t feel clean. The overall hygiene level was disappointing.
