I like the fact that I'm on the 3rd floor and the size of the TV...
Well the microwave doesn't work and only 1 burner on the stove top works...
Nothing
Everything they stole my money too
They have a small kitchen w/ stove, table and full size refrigerator. Good location, decent size room, hot water and cable.
The bad out ways the good in my opinion. First of all every hotel I been at every few days the housekeeper stops by and ask do you want your room clean? Not this hotel. They literally supply you with one tissue roll and one towel. The perform safety inspections every week which in my opinion is ridiculous. Its just a way for staff to keeps tabs on you and what's in your room. I stayed for about 1.5 month and as soon as I took my things out of storage, it was a problem. The housekeeper literally tried to do a safety inspection right after I came back from my storage unit. I was organizing and rearranging my things. I politely said ma'am its not a good time right now and the housekeeper ran back to the front office lied on me and said I trashed the room. The house keeper came back about an hour later with a final violation noticed. They stay complaining about NY room having a lot of things when its honestly not they business what's in here. I paid my rent on time everytime. The room stayed cleaned. I have a toddler and majority of the time she destroyed the room. Majority of the time I picked up after my child and it was a few days I didnt have the energy. They have mold in the hotel, huge spiders, water bugs ants and so much more they need to worry about and literally 4 days before my exit date they made me change rooms and really didn't want me to use the Charlie machine to help move my things. This hotel is a mess. I had the same right for an entire month and they switched it the last week I was leaving to an extra $50. Laundry mat destroyed some of my items. They are entirely to nosey here. For housekeeper to run back and complain about a room they're not even cleaning is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Not because of the property its staff. Staff is completely stressful.

Everything was great.
Nothing
The staff were very friendly and amazing. I had an amazing stay while working closer to my job and waiting on my apartment to get ready
Only recommend if there are NO OTHER OPTIONS!!!
This place was so dingy.
We booked a 2 bed and when we get out our room, it’s only 1 bed. We go back to reception and mention that we booked 2 beds. We are then told that 2 beds have not been available for months!!
The room smelled. You only get 2 towels and 1 toilet paper. You are responsible for your garbage and only on Thursdays is there any cleaning.
It was affordable and the staff was pretty friendly but the property itself….. unless it’s the only option, do not recommend.
The space is almost dormitory but I didn't mind that especially with a day care next door. I understand the precautions.
I had a male maintenance member open my locked door during my stay. It startled me, but he was very apologetic and explained he thought the room wasn't occupied. I understand that mistakes happen but, this was a very uncomfortable situation. While he was there I told him how dirty and sticky the floor was in my unit. I could literally hear my shoes with each step. He assured me that someone would come and clean it the next day. That didn't happen so I decided to clean the floor myself. After cleaning the black residue off the floor with my own hands I decided to end my stay.
I liked the location and the fact that there was a kitchen
I had to stay here with my son for a few weeks. I didn’t move out because I had already booked it and decided to take the risk – that was a mistake. This was my first time staying at an extended stay hotel, and it was not a good experience.
The room is tiny, the bed is uncomfortable and quite small, there is barely any space to move around. It felt too cramped for two people. Inside the room there is a strong chemical smell from constant pest control treatments, and the smell never goes away. I am sure it’s harmful to health. I developed a choking cough at night, though I was hardly in the room during the day.
About 2-3 days after we checked in, we received a notice that they would be spraying chemicals for pests, so we had to pack all our belongings again, carry everything down to the car, and even rent a nearby storage unit to keep our things. We had just bought a lot of groceries and had to throw all the food away because we had nowhere else to store it. We also bought plastic sheets to cover the bed and furniture to protect them from the chemicals, but I’m certain the spray they use is very dangerous.
The room is very small and the window is tiny and cannot be opened for ventilation. It faces the walkway where people pass by, so we had to keep the curtain closed at all times. It felt like living in a cave. We had a few plants that we placed on the window ledge, but we were immediately called and told to remove them, and as a result, our plants died.
I asked for a room on a lower floor because I am alone with my child and we have a lot of luggage, but they refused, saying there was an elevator. However, the elevator was on the opposite side of the building, so we had to walk around the entire place to use it and then walk all the way back to our room on the third floor.
The hallways were dirty and smelled like urine, and there were cigarette butts everywhere outside the building.
I booked here and my room was cancelled without an email or call. I didn't find out it was cancelled until I went in for my stay. I booked 2 weeks in advance. Before booking, I went to the property to view the rooms. They were decent and clean. But when calling I was never able to get through and speak to anyone. I had to call the 1800 number to inquire about my reservation.
Old needs updates. Damage to the room
Very clean housekeeper very friendly
