Bastante decepcionante
Cons:

No todos los recepcionistas saben inglés, así que la comunicación fue muy regular. Se acabó el gas (butano) y no funcionaba la cocina, intentaron dejarlo así pero les dijimos que sino exigiríamos una compensación y entonces en lugar de 6h mínimo como dijeron que tardarían, subieron una bombona nueva y nos lo cambiaron en 15 mins…El apartamento estaba algo sucio, los platos sin fregar llenos de aceite, sobres de gel y champú abiertos en el baño de otros huéspedes…una decepción de sitio.

Cons:

There was no blanket, and there was 4 of us in a room with one blanket. There was no soap, no shampoo no toothpaste. I asked them for blankets but they said there is no blanket and they are all wet. We couldn’t turn the AC off as it was so hot in there and when the AC was on we needed blankets, which wasn’t available. The hotel stink overall and it’s so different compared to the pictures the posted on booking.com. I paid around £500 i could’ve booked a five star hotel with this amount of money.

Все супер!!!! Крім бруду))))
Pros:

Найбільше нам сподобалося розташування та персонал готеля. Пан Бурак дуже милий та надавав допомогу у всіх питаннях. До трамваю 9 хв., пів години і ви вже на морі. Біля готелю є магазини та 4хв., до центральної вулиці де розташований базар. Ціна готель відповідає якості!!

Cons:

Було брудно, але ми це швидко виправили))))) хто не боїться праці той завжди знайде вихід. Постіль була чиста, рушники теж!!! Тарганів та клопів немає!! Атмосфера чудова!!!!

Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights and the first day the AC was not working and they didn't fix it on that day. So we suffocated in the room without sleep. Second day they fixed it and it was fine.

Fantastisk personal - sämre lägenheter
Pros:

Lägenheterna ligger fantastiskt bra till med både strand och shopping. Området är helt utmärkt på alla sätt och vis. Den kvinna som arbetade när vi checkade in var dessutom vistelsens höjdpunkt. Hon var otroligt hjälpsam, glad och verkligen en underbar person.

Lägenheterna dock är en historia för sig. De är väldigt slitna och städningen var nog den värsta jag sett. Jag tror inte den var städad innan oss, eller innan personerna innan. Köket är dessutom väldigt ”fattigt” så ta med eller köp plastbestick och tallrikar och planera att äta den mesta maten på restaurang eller gatukök. Smutsnivån är VÄLDIGT hög.

Never again.
Pros:

The only good thing about this place were the staff. If it wasnt for them we would have left this place at the start of our trip.

Cons:

Firstly please please do not be tricked with the pictures shown of the apartment on this app. Absolutely the opposite. We had booked 4 apartments. All of which were disgusting. Not cleaned before previous stays. One bedroom smelt like a gutter. When asked to change rooms, I was told that all rooms smell like this! Another room had an underwear left in the bathroom from previous guests. AC kept switching off in one room and had to wait patiently a long time for someone to keep coming to fix it.
Dirt under the beds shows beds they weren't moved to clean underneath EVER.
