Staff was excellent, help with recommendations and directions; Dinner at pub was great.
Pros:

Location was good for walking to cathedral and breweries and nearby restaurants.
Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and attentive staff.

Cons:

Room might have been a tad bigger, but we knew it would not be large.

Excellent accommodation -I highly recommend it
Pros:

Room was great, very comfortable. Proper sized TV in there as well. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast and Harry was a really good conversationalist and extremely professional.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all good and really central/near to where I was going to.

Cons:

I couldn’t find the correct exit from my corridor and ended up on ‘ the back stairs’ early in the morning. Eventually I found a staff member who had just arrived for work and was ‘ rescued’. Very stressful. Better signage to main staircase please.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helped bring luggage up the stairway. We were able to leave our rental car in the lot until later in the day. Parking lot was helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Cons:

It would have been helpful to know about the stairs.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, rooms were really clean. Great pub downstairs, but no noisy in the room.

Cons:

There are very bright, green security lights in the rooms. I had to cover mine with a coat.

Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr sauberen Unterkunft mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral. Alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom zentralen Busbahnhof (dorthin fährt ein Schnellbus vom Flughafen, Linie 500) und 3 Minuten von der Bahnststation High Street entfernt. Falls man, wie ich zum West Highland Way weiter möchte. Das gesamte Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sehr sauber! Das Essen unten im Pub war hervorragend, die Stimmung dort fantastisch! In der Nacht hat man nichts gehört. Es wurde ein tolles Frühstück mit Cerealien, Joghurt, frischen Beeren, Säften, Marmeladen und Toast und warmen Getränken ab 07.15 Uhr angeboten. Könnte ich mehr als 10 Punkte vergeben, die hätten es verdient.

Great location in Glasgow.
Pros:

The room was spacious by pub standards. The Manager Harry meet us at the door of the establishment and carried our luggage to our room. He was also helpful in getting us a table for dinner that night. The continental breakfast was outstanding.

Comfortable, quiet pub accommodation in central Glasgow

Great location in the centre of Glasgow but on a quiet street. The staff were all lovely. The delicious included breakfast was a real bonus.
