Pros:

The convenience to so many sites, restaurants and stores. The in hotel bistro has good food for a quick bite. Didn't use the pool, but looked nice. Thank you to the smiling faces in all of the staff.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay and it was a nice way for us to reconnect after a busy day.
Pros:

My husband and I loved the comfort of the bed,the beautiful shower, the Keurig machine,the mini fridge, the huge TV, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash,the fact that the nightstand had a place to plug your phone,and the mirror by the nightstand. I also loved that there were makeup remover pads.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that there is a twenty dollar charge for incidientals. Thankfully, though ,when our card declined the charge,they worked around it. Also,the wifi on my phone was terrible and I had to keep disconnecting from it and then reconnecting it ,but it was still super slow.

It was a great location and the staff was friendly.
Pros:

We loved the Starbucks in the lobby, but we didn’t eat breakfast there.

Cons:

The cricket in our room was a little annoying.

Loved the stay, all the employees we encountered were exceptional!
Pros:

Very exceptional, the breakfast was included with the room price, so that was a bonus.

Cons:

We believed there should have been a shower mat on the floor when you stepped out of the shower, but no big deal.

What a stay!
Pros:

I booked the Courtyard Elkhart expecting a normal hotel stay. What I got was peace, quiet, and a dangerously comfortable bed that nearly ruined my motivation to leave.
Check-in was fast, the staff was way too cheerful for people working that hard, and my room was so clean I briefly wondered if I was the first human to ever enter it. The shower had actual water pressure (a luxury), the temperature stayed exactly where I set it, and nothing rattled, buzzed, or beeped at me all night.
The lobby looks like someone cared, the Wi‑Fi didn’t quit on me mid-scroll, and I slept so well I woke up confused about what city I was in — which I consider the highest compliment.
Would stay again without hesitation. Already planning excuses to come back.

Pros:

Seems nice, typical Courtyard rooms and amenities. However, outside they have a nice secure patio. But to reenter the hotel directly is impossible. The secure door lock, operated by your key card, does not function. Once the desk clerk finally came over to open the door we then found out that the General Manager has known about this malfunction for months! At night you have to go "outside" and walk around to the main entrance. Bad GM.

فندق ممتاز للراحة قبل دخول شيكاغو
Pros:

أقمنا في هذا الفندق لليلة واحدة للراحة خلال رحلتنا من شلالات نياقرا إلى شيكاغو.
الغرفة كانت واسعة، وتحتوي على سريرين كبيرين يتسع كل منهما لشخصين، ما يجعلها مناسبة للعائلات أو مجموعات صغيرة.
يقع الفندق بالقرب من الطريق السريع I-90، في منطقة هادئة وآمنة، وتحيط به مجموعة من الفنادق والمطاعم.
الفندق حديث ونظيف جدًا، وتتوفر مواقف سيارات مجانية وبكثرة.
كما يوجد غسالة ملابس ضمن مرافق الفندق، لكنها لم تكن تعمل أثناء إقامتنا. ومع ذلك، أبدت موظفة الاستقبال تعاونًا كبيرًا، وتواصلت مع فندق مجاور لتمكيننا من استخدام غسالتهم، مما سهّل علينا الأمر بشكل كبير.

واجهت مشكلة في دفع رسوم الإقامة، حيث قمت بالدفع مسبقًا عبر موقع Booking.com، لكن عند الوصول إلى الفندق تبيّن أن الحجز لم يُؤكد لديهم، واضطررت لدفع المبلغ مرة أخرى.
تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء Booking لاسترداد المبلغ، وحتى لحظة كتابة هذا التقييم (بعد أكثر من ثلاثة أسابيع)، لم يتم حل المشكلة ولم يُعاد المبلغ.
للأسف، هذه لم تكن الحالة الوحيدة؛ فقد واجهت مشكلة مماثلة في فندق آخر في ميامي، وأيضًا تم إلغاء حجزي في فندق بشيكاغو قبل موعد الإقامة بيومين فقط، دون أي إشعار أو رسالة، بسبب فشل في سحب المبلغ من البطاقة، ورغم تواصلي مع Booking، لم أجد التعاون المطلوب.
نصيحتي: لتفادي مثل هذه المشاكل، احجز مباشرة من موقع الفندق الرسمي عند السفر داخل أمريكا، وتجنب الحجز عبر مواقع الوساطة مثل Booking

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise o.k.
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber. Bett bequem. Bad gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Frühstück. Kann man eigentlich nicht so bezeichnen. Und auch bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage sehr lautes Geräusch aus der Lüftung die ganze Nacht! Stört sehr!!
