Pros:

Excellent emplacement.
Accès au ponton au bout du chemin pour admirer la lagune qui est extraordinaire.
Le personnel est très gentil.
Le restaurant au bout du chemin est excellent,un bracelet nous permet d avoir 10%.
Le jardin avec les hamacyest très reposant avec la piscine.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Habitación y baño muy grandes, con nevera y cafetera en la habitación. Personal muy agradable. Presión de agua de la ducha bien.
Piscina en la instalación y acceso a la laguna aunque tenías que atravesar una calle y abrir una puertecita para acceder al muelle.

Cons:

Algo retirado del pueblo.

Illusoire..photos trompeuses, tres tres déçu 😞

Ne correspond en rien a un 5 étoiles 🌟, emplacement tres mal indiqué, manque des panneaux signalisation, aucun panneau signalant l hotel .
1 seule chambre apparemment donnant sur la lagune mais pas la nôtre... notre chambre certe grande mais tres vetuste fait partie d un batiment independant Aucune déco, lits soit disant grand .
Ensembles mal entretenue, personnel indifférent.
Obligé de parcourir un chemin caillouteux et pleins de trous pour acceder a la lagune. Traverser la route ouvrir un.portail pour aller au Ponton pas entretenu, attention écharde et dangeureux.
Piscine qui ne donne pas envie de s y baigner plutot verte que bleue et rien avoir avec la peinture du fond...
Les photos du site sont trompeuses et sublimées mais ne correspondent pas a la réalité.
On avait loué 3 nuits mais on a du ecourté au bout de la deuxième trop bruyant car au bord de la route et écœuré de s etre fait avoir .
Aller jusqu au bout des photos et cliquer sur la chambre louée.
Je déconseille cet établissement et je souhaite que booking fasse un.peu plus attention a leur prestataire.....🤑🤑

Petit hôtel familial propre avec un joli ponton
Pros:

Petit hôtel familial. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Lits confortables. Personnel très sympa.
Hôtel entouré par la nature, beaucoup d’oiseaux à observer!
Le ponton est très agréable mais à 10min à pied des chambres principales (plus près des chambres appelées « luxe » )

Cons:

La piste d’accès est difficile à trouver!
Le nom Royal Palm est mal choisi, c’est un petit hôtel familial simple.
La piscine est petite et ne donne pas envie du tout.
L’hôtel est loin du centre à pieds.
Frigo et clim rendent la chambre un peu bruyante.

Beau séjour au bord du lagon de Bacalar
Pros:

Le ponton est top avec accès privé au lagon et un réseau wifi sur le ponton .

Cons:

La distance en l’hébergement et le ponton, entre 5 et 10 minutes à pied pour accéder au lagon de la chambre .

Laguna Bacalar is paradise. You'll want to have a view of it
Pros:

I was right on the Lagoon and therefore had an amazing view and access to the dock, kayaks and such. I requested Lagoon front. My unit was the only one which is Lagoon front, the others across the road in a jungle setting. Also, very nice but not Lagoon front.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

-There was no safe box in my room.
-A little closer to town would be nice. It's a good walk for exercise but a little far to walk for dinner. It's very hot.

L'accès au Lagoon se fait à pied

Cons:

ATTENTION une seule chambre représente ce qu'on voit sur les photos avec vue et accès au Laggon, si vous avez de la chance c'est exceptionnel sinon on se retrouve au bord de l'autoroute (aucune blague). Autre point les chambres sont extrêmement humides

Huur enkel het huisje aan het meer!
Pros:

Ondanks dat we schrokken toen we aankwamen, maakte de kamer in de jungle en vooral het huisje aan het water veel goed. De kamer was ruim, modern en schoon. Het huisje aan het water ligt er prachtig bij met een groot grasveld en de mooiste pier van het meer! We raden een boottocht over het prachtige meer aan en het stads-centrum is erg gezellig, je hebt wel een auto nodig.

Cons:

We schrokken even toen we aankwamen, het is een stukje rijden door donkere jungle met gaten in de grond, en aangekomen bij de receptie ziet het er erg gedateerd uit (smoezelig oud zwembad, overal gebroken tegels, rommelige tuin). We hadden een kamer in de jungle en een huisje aan het meer. Dit huisje maakt een hoop goed!

La haitación que reservamos tenía muy linda vista, estuvimos comodos. Pasamos tiempo en el muelle y mismo hicimos kayak. La atención fue buena.

I had the one & only room beside the lagoon, so most often I had the lagoon for myslelf. Book the view room!!
