I was threaten and discriminate against, the front desk she refused me a quiet peaceful stay.

There was nothing worth the price I paid.

The retaliation and discrimination by the front desk staff, as well as the invasion of privacy.

decent would stay at an extended stay again maybe not this one. check in system is terrible

I liked a staff member called Danielle, very informed and professional

Cons:

They dont change linen or clean room or provide pots and pans etc didnt check to see if appliances were fully functional. Laundry was dirty. check in time is not 11am its closer to 3pm. you can only book in increments of 7 days. this needs to be highlighted

Very uncomfortable for a roach infested place & paying $1,000.00 dollars.
Pros:

very little.

Cons:

the price they force you to pay to spend your time killing roaches every half hour, as well as the ones crawling on you while you sleep, fighting with maintenance trying to force themselves in your room without notice to fix a bathroom doorknob is invasion of privacy and not an emergency. then them booking room they don't have a intentionally screwing up your schedule.

Complete and total rip off.
Pros:

Nothing! They put me out of my room. I paid up front for 30 days. Only stayed 6 days, the reason was because I didn’t accept the answers to their questions. I also questioned their professionalism. I want my money back!

Cons:

Shut the property down and start over.
