Pros:

A good hotel with a very convenient location. The European-style breakfast was tasty. A nice bonus is the drinks available in the lobby. The staff are friendly — the reception team speaks good English, explained everything clearly, and provided all the information I needed.

Stayed Apr 3-6 2026. Standard Twin Room.

Room is very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious and the shower water pressure is strong. Staff was friendly, attentive and spoke English. Chloe and Nora were very helpful when we wanted to get to the Big Buddha. Chloe even connected me with WeChat and sent me the bus timing to and fro Big Buddha. Appreciate it!!

Hotel is right next to Wuxi Railway Station North Square 无锡火车站. Subway station of the same name is served by Lines 1 and 3. In addition, the bus terminal is also nearby.

Stops for tourist bus No 1 (乐游1线that ends at 鼋头渚 and bus No 2 (乐游2线) that ends at Lingshan Grand Buddha 灵山大佛 with Plum Garden along the way are just one floor down from the Railway Station North Square.

There are eateries at the Railway Station or u can take subway Line 1 to Sanyang Square 三阳广场 for shopping and food .

There is a small pool. But no DIY laundry.

Cons:

Had dinner at hotel restaurant once. Didn't quite enjoy it.

Clean, comfortable and a good location.
Pros:

I spent the night at the Holiday Inn Wuxi Central Station by IHG subsequent to a brief business meeting, after which I returned to Shanghai on the same day. The hotel is ideally situated adjacent to the railway station and proximate to my destination. I employed a taxi to attend my meeting, although the metro system is also accessible. Several dining establishments within walking distance provided considerable convenience. The nearest metro station is Wuxi Railway Station (无锡火车站), which functions as an interchange for Lines 1 and 3. The accommodation was clean and spacious, allowing for restful sleep. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of both Asian and Western cuisine, which was highly satisfactory.

Cons:

I have no complaints about my visit. Therefore, there is nothing negative to report here. Everything was satisfactory for my University visit to one of my postgrad students. I really enjoyed the breakfast before my all-day meeting.
