Really avoid this place, its a borderline slum with nice staff
Pros:

The staff were friendly enough, couldn't speak english much but that is perfectly OK, communication was not a problem.
The shower was ok also.
Some free water and biscuits were provided each day and there was a water container outside for people to refill.

Cons:

The room was dank and really well worn, it served its purpose but it was not exactly clean, mostly from stains rather then actual dirt. but definitely overpriced for what was given.
The wifi just about worked but it was very poor and kept logging me out every time my phone/laptop would go to sleep, but again it just about worked most of the time.

The AC worked sort of, and it said 16 or 17 on the controller but it took an age to get anywhere close to that but never quite did, I think it may be on its last legs or need a repair.

I asked for a quieter located room and got put right at the top of the stairs on a thorough through next to a smoking area, the hotel wasn't exactly busy but it was noisy enough the entire time, which brings me to my biggest gripe with this place.
They seem to think it appropriate to do the housekeeping at 11:30pm at NIGHT, like what the F***.
2 rooms adjacent to me both were departs and both rooms were turned around between 11pm and 12 am, with no regard to guest sleeping in the rooms next door.

I have never worked in a hotel or hostels anywhere on the planet that does housekeeping of empty rooms at midnight when they have guests in nearby rooms. and I have stayed in almost 50 hotels and hostels in the past 2 months alone.

I had to physically go out and complain to the staff that it was not appropriate to be doing this at midnight, and while the language was a problem, with some sign language also they understood, but carried on anyway (Albeit it quieter)

The place feels like a knocking shop if you catch my drift, people coming and going with rooms booked perhaps for a few hours, which would be why there always seemed to be room cleanings at all times of the day.

The pictures lie - don't stay here! Worst room I had in 6 weeks Indonesia (and most expensive)
Pros:

The bed was pretty comfortable.

Cons:

1. It was dirty.
2. The windows couldn't be open (pay attention on their photos it looks like you can).
3. The room stank.
4. Nobody spoke English and they didn't even try to understand us when we used the translator for Bahasa.
5. I asked for vegetarian breakfast and the answer was: No. Not acceptable! After I complained over Booking (on the third day!) we got it.
6. There were stains on the sheets...
7. Everytime we came down to the reception, nobody was there.
8. There was no trashbin in the bathroom. But you are not allowed to flush toilet paper here, sooo am i supposed to walk through the room with my used toilet paper?!

It was the most expensive room with had so far and the worst.
