Excellent value for the price
Pros:

Location was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was a great price for the amenities it provided, including AC which was VITAL given how hot it was. The little kitchen was also really useful!

Cons:

Sheets were a bit scratchy and there was only 2 towels (1 each) plus when room was cleaned only 1 towel was replaced...would have liked to have a towel and hand towel each at least, and maybe a bit more toilet tissue etc as we had to go to the desk for that but not a dealbreaker by any means.

Fantastic location and brilliant accommodation
Pros:

Excellent location. Fantastic heating/air conditioning system. Very clean. Fantastic shower. Great facilities. Lovely staff on reception. Nice and quiet for a central location.

Cons:

Soap products could be nicer. Lighting was either very bright or very dim but not a problem.

Very lovely quiet stay after coming from New Zealand and a 23 hour flight.
Pros:

Room was large and tidy. Bed was great. Staff went the extra mile. Held our bags for us as we waited for our room to be open. Had the option of a bathroom stop before heading out to explore.

Bags in our room when we arrived back. Very close to the Eye and an amazing little park, open air food stalls by the River.

Waterloo 2 min walk away. Street stalls selling food right along street. Tables outside to eat. Lovely atmosphere. No cars in street. Walking and bikes only. Great first night in London. View of the Eye from our room.

Cons:

Could not see anywhere to park if you have a car. Might be a car parking garage around somewhere

Pros:

We could not fault this Hotel it was excellent great location .Staff very helpful room very clean great shower and tea and coffee facilities .shop across the road if you needed anything.i will definitely be back

Pros:

Excellent location
Convenient, but basic

Cons:

Poor equipment in the kitchen, no cutting board, cheapest cutlery, very small fridge.
I always have to ask for a hand towel and bath mat, as only bath towels provided.
Bedding is very dated and uncomfortable pillows.

Such a gem
Pros:

What a lovely location, we was a 2 minute walk from our theatre, easy access to tubes, a short walk to the southern and we walked back from Leicester square too. The room was clean and a good size as we were upgraded to the family room but we saw the other rooms and would have been comfortable there too. Lower marsh has a lovely vibe with great street food, lovely cafes and a convenient iceland shop just outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was spotless, the shower was superb with a good flow and good temp change

Cons:

Nothing, we would happily return to this hotel on future trips
