The rooftop pool was beautiful and the whole rooftop scene was a vibe!
Superior triple room was just a double room with a fold out bed.
We stopped here on our way back to Negombo. The staff were helpful when we arrived.
We didn't eat in the hotel itself as breakfast is served at the cafe at the front of the complex.
It looks amazing from the outside however it appears to cater for large functions such as weddings rather than catering for actual hotel guest bookings. Our room was close to one function rooms and we constantly heard all the trolleys of crockery/cutlery being moved in and out of the room.
The rooms have very high ceilings and huge curtains that could not be opened. The rooms could do with refreshing as the walls had dirty marks all over them. We could not open one side of the wardrobe as the door was broken and we also opted out of having a shower before we left as there was no hot water.

The restaurant and reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dinner was a set menu, but it was exceptional with a generous amount of high-quality, delicious food. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service. Highly recommended

Quite and calm location, spacious and very nice rooms. From the entrance security to the Reception and in the restaurant , all Polite and kind staff. They are very helpful.

Only provide 1 dental kit for both person and 1 pcs of soap.Washroom water logging was there in drainage system and room very small.

Room was terrible we upgraded & paid for a superior room - so disappointed

* no FRIDGE
* shower leaked all where toilet was
* took 10 mins for water to get hot
Roof swimming pool
This "hotel" is more like an event venue than a place for relaxation. They have a huge hall right next to the guest rooms, and it’s clear they don’t care about their guests at all.
On the day we arrived, there was a concert happening, and no one warned us in advance. The event was horribly organized: huge crowds, no security checks, no metal detectors, no police present. The staff assured us that the concert would end at 10 PM, but the deafening music continued until 3 AM! After that, we were kept awake by the constant noise of a malfunctioning elevator.
We were exhausted from our trip and just wanted to rest, but it was impossible. The staff admitted their fault but refused to compensate us in any way. In the end, they profited both from the concert and from the unfortunate guests who couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep.
I strongly advise against staying here! This is by far the worst place for a restful stay that we have ever encountered.
It was conveniently located.
The room was very noisy. There was a very loud party going on til 2am, with loud music and people shouting and talking loudly in the corridor. It was very inconsiderate of the hotel to allow this as it disturbed all of us.

Hot water did not work, breakfast was served at a cafe outside but it tasted good
