Pros:

The restaurant and reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dinner was a set menu, but it was exceptional with a generous amount of high-quality, delicious food. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service. Highly recommended

Ideal location to stay in Kurunagala, Sri Lanka
Pros:

Quite and calm location, spacious and very nice rooms. From the entrance security to the Reception and in the restaurant , all Polite and kind staff. They are very helpful.

Very dissatisfied as my friend paid for the same room and hers was great our room 217 is not fit to have guests in it

* shower leaked all where toilet was

Cons:

This "hotel" is more like an event venue than a place for relaxation. They have a huge hall right next to the guest rooms, and it’s clear they don’t care about their guests at all.

On the day we arrived, there was a concert happening, and no one warned us in advance. The event was horribly organized: huge crowds, no security checks, no metal detectors, no police present. The staff assured us that the concert would end at 10 PM, but the deafening music continued until 3 AM! After that, we were kept awake by the constant noise of a malfunctioning elevator.

We were exhausted from our trip and just wanted to rest, but it was impossible. The staff admitted their fault but refused to compensate us in any way. In the end, they profited both from the concert and from the unfortunate guests who couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep.

I strongly advise against staying here! This is by far the worst place for a restful stay that we have ever encountered.

Nothing special beyond the ridiculously opulent facade.
Pros:

It was conveniently located.

Cons:

The room was very noisy. There was a very loud party going on til 2am, with loud music and people shouting and talking loudly in the corridor. It was very inconsiderate of the hotel to allow this as it disturbed all of us.

the stay was awesome, i will be visiting again.
Pros:

I have been here more than 5 times now and each and every stay was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious and they managed to give me a good room upon request. the food is great and room service is fast.

Cons:

there are some rooms with out chairs and also windows, something i would rather stay away from.
