“Dirty rooms, poor customer service, and a very disappointing experience.
Cons:

Normally, I don’t leave negative reviews, but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The room was dirty, the sheets smelled unpleasant, and I found a live roach coming out of the shower drain. Instead of apologizing, the manager accused us of bringing the roach ourselves and only offered a partial refund. Even though we booked four nights, he still charged us for the first day despite us leaving the hotel the same day because of the cleanliness issues. He also kept us waiting and raised his voice. I would not recommend staying here.

Good Saudi breakfast. They increase my property for the same money. Kerlosh was amazing and also Yasser was really helpful and made my stay wonderful

ونخص بالشكر الإستاذ ياسر على سرعة استجابته في إجراءات الدخول
والإقامه كانت رائعه جداً رغم إن هذي رابع أو خامس زياره لنا
إلا إنها كانت جميله جداً ومُريحه بالشكل المطلوب
