Hidden gem with superior service and amenities was our favorite hotel during our trip.
Pros:

Beautifully-designed hotel with spacious superior quadruple room. Wonderful customer service at front desk and a treat to indulge in the spa (public bath) if do desired. Conveniently-located restaurants located in the same building and a 7-11 close by.

Cons:

Difficulty finding hotel from train station, but easy once you know the way. Also, small obscure entrance easy to overlook among 2nd floor restaurants - take escalator to 3rd floor as an alternative.

雖然不是在主要區域，但距離京都車站也不遠，一條線可以到。很適合不以採購為主，想要悠閑放假的旅客。飯店還有跟公車配合1小時兩班（？）往京都車站，很便利！

広めの部屋を予約し正解でした。
Pros:

部屋が広くゆったりし、部屋全体の感じもとても良かったです。浴槽は大きめでゆったりとし、とくにトイレが個室になっているところは最近のホテルでは少ないので有り難かったです。

Fantastic value and comfortable stay
Pros:

Nice clean and modern spacious rooms, staff for excellent and they were really good amenities on site from the spa to connection to restaurants and local train station.

Cons:

The breakfast hall got very busy at times and you had to wait, also could have done with a bit more choice but overall still very good

設備、清潔感、部屋の環境。すべて最高でした。

Cons:

チェックインの際担当のフロントスタッフが最低でした。笑顔もなければ愛想もない。早口で何を言っているのか聞く気にまなれず。色々なチケットをもらったけど説明もなし。エレベーターの場所すら説明もなし。あまり不満の言わない息子も「あれは正直ひどいなあ。」と。あまりにも納得がいかなかったので部屋へ着きクレームの電話をしました。ちょうどエレベーターに乗られる宿泊らしき方かお見えになりエレベーターの場所がわかりました。評価が高く楽しみにしていました。隣で対応されていたフロントの方はとても優しそうな方でした。運が悪かったのか？その他は最高に良かったです。フロントの方がその方でなければまた宿泊したいです。
