Very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Loved the access to a washing machine and the ability to monitor usage (availability) through the TV.

Cons:

Everyone seemed to have the same idea meaning long queues to use the washing machine.

Great stay in a great city. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Stayed in the family room, which was very spacious on the top floor with a great view of Kyoto. Lots of restaurants on the ground and 1st floors of the hotel, as well as many restaurants in the vicinity. A 7-11 right next door for the budget-conscious.

Cons:

More coin laundry machines, I would recommend, as there are only 4 and for such a large hotel, you sometimes need to wait a long time.

はじめてのエミオン京都
Pros:

駅チカなわりに静かでよかった。お風呂が誰も居なくてゆっくり入れてくつろげた。以前から2階のレストランで食事はしていますが、今回はじめて、宿泊しました。朝食もお値段の割に美味しく色々いただきました。小さい子供が一緒でもぜんぜん大丈夫です✌️椅子、食器完備されています。

Cons:

大浴場の、洗面台の足元、綿ボコり満載でしたよ(笑)ぬぐおうとしましたが、うまくとれなかったです。
