가족과 함께 방문하였는데 시설도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하였습니다. 무엇보다 대욕장 시설이 있어서 매일 피로를 풀수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가족들이 맘에든다고 담에 또 방문하자고 하네요~^^

気持ちよく宿泊できました。
Pros:

部屋の設備の分かりやすさ、清潔さ、大浴場の快適さ、朝食、どれも素晴らしく、ホテルの立地場所、２Fまでの商業施設併設が利便性が良かった。次回また京都観光に来る予定なので、その時も利用しようと思います。
また、チェックイン前に預けていた手荷物を、チェックイン時には部屋まで運んでいてくれた親切さに感動しました。

Ein absoluter Wohlfühl-Ort in Kyoto, vor allem im warmen Badewasser nach einem langen Tag!
Pros:

Gute Lage (eine Bahnstation vom Bahnhof Kyoto entfernt), elegante Ausstattung, zuvorkommendes Personal, Dachterrasse, öffentliches Bad, Lokale im Gebäudekomplex (für das Abendessen in einem davon haben wir Gutscheine über 1000 Yen pro Person erhalten). Ab und zu hat man vorbeifahrende Züge gehört, aber im Großen und Ganzen gute Schallisolierung (nachts fahren in Japan dann sowieso keine Züge mehr)

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel absolut nichts, aber Vorsicht bei Abreisen in der Rush Hour: Wir hätten es fast nicht geschafft, mit Koffer in den proppenvollen Zug Richtung Bahnhof Kyoto zu gelangen.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The onsen was amazing! Used it everyday. Was quiet.
Rooms large for Japanese standard, very comfortable.
Good location, lots of nice restaurants in walking distance and in bottom of hotel.
Right next to train station. Really large Fish market with viewing area next to hotel - you can watch the auctions from 5am.
Roof top excellent to chill out on and watch sunset.

Pros:

朝食がよかった。ロケーションも最高。立地が良い。清潔感がある。　大浴場が最高。

Cons:

駐車場があればなおいい。案内された場所まで距離が少々ある。案内された1つ目の駐車場は、満車。２つ目は全額負担だった。一番近い駐車場を提携してほしい。
