Auf unserer Rundreise war dieses Hotel das Beste. Das Personal war einfach nur super, hat uns beim Kofferverschicken unterstützt, fürs Abendessen haben wir Gutscheine bekommen um ermäßigt Essen gehen zu können. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Das Onsen sehr empfehlenswert. Auch das Wäsche waschen war schnell und unkompliziert.

最高でした！
Pros:

チェックインより15分早くに到着してしまったのですが、スタッフの方が笑顔で手続きをしてくださって、案内してくださいました！

Cons:

1つのエレベーターがタバコのにおいがしてて、タバコのにおいに慣れていない我が家はすごく苦痛でしたが、翌日のチェックアウトの時はにおいが消えていたのでよかったです。
