駐車の管理だけちゃんとしてほしい。
Pros:

ラウンジには、電子レンジが用意されていたので持ち込んだご飯を温めることができた。

Cons:

駐車場の管理が雑なため、車の鍵を預けていたにもかかわらず、ホテルに不在の人の車が邪魔で、チェックアウト後にすぐ車が出せない状況でした。何のために鍵を預けていたのか分からないです。

Apricot Pension
Pros:

Booked our stay last minute as we had a car and flexible plans for a few days. The owner (Grace) was so friendly and helpful with everything. The location was great with a 10 minute walk into the main street for food and easy to access bus services into the ski slopes.

It was also our first time skiing and grace and her team were so helpful with recommendations and advice where to book everything. We'll definitely be back.

Pros:

スタッフさん親切でした。外国のスタッフさんのみだったので英語が全く出来ない私達には、ハプニングがあるとハードモードになりますが、何とかなりました。英会話の大切さを改めて実感した旅です。

Pros:

对孩子很友好，想的也很周到，我们带孩子还专门为我们换了更方便的房间。
到雪场的很方便。10-20分钟就能到达白马五龙雪场。
隔音很好。我当当时怕木质房屋隔音不好，没想到很安静。

Amazing and accomodating hosts in a convenient location
Pros:

The welcoming atmosphere and the hosts were all so so lovely and accomodating. During our stay, the host made us feel super welcomed and comfortable throughout, were able to communicate in English fluently which we found super helpful. The included breakfast was also great variety!

We had an excellent stay at Apricot Pension. The staff were so kind and helpful and even gave us a gift of tea when we checked out. Location was right next to a shuttle bus connecting you to all the ski fields, and only a short walk to the echoland main street for food. Breakfast was included and delicious every morning. Would definitely stay again.

Homely decor & friendly staff
Pros:

Very homely and cozy environment, staff were super friendly and felt like we stayed at someone's home. Breakfast was simple yet diverse as it's different everyday, good enough for an active morning of skiing. Decor was excellent and kids felt right at home, which allowed them to look forward to chilling at after a long day at the slopes.

Dinner was also pleasant surprise - the freshly made pasta dishes were one of the best we have had, and the lava cake was timed to perfection. Compliments to the chef!

Cons:

The toilet was a tad too small (though typical of Japanese stays), and had a faint but constant drain/toilet smell. Smell is slightly more distinct when exhaust fan is switched on so probably something to do with the piping of the toilet to the bathtub/sink drains.
