Overall okay for a Hyatt. The refrigerator is not that. It hardly works and the temperature is motion controlled to 75 degrees. Clean, but the best part is the staff.
The front desk staff was wonderful. You can tell they have a great working environment there.
I had to call to let them know I would be arriving around 1-2am. I had toget past the AI which is always a hassle 😑 after that it was just fine.

Love that they have both paper/plastic as well as real dishes/silverware & coffee mugs
Stevia and plain milks and creamers as well as the syrups and flavors

Air conditioners in room hard to adjust correctly
Coffee often runs out and takes awhile to brew…
They gave up on real cooked oatmeal as their machine made it too soupy.
Hotel getting sold out and hard to find parking
This is a great location adjacent to the 1-30 on our route. It's a new hotel and was clean and quiet with plenty of parking. The breakfast area was very nice and we got an early start to our next travel day. The night and morning staff were friendly and professional. There is a small bar in the lobby which we didn't take advantage of but which would be nice for some situations. There are lots of restaurants nearby but still a relatively quiet area.

Very quiet and comfortable. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Will definitely stay her in the future.
The room/bathroom is looking a little tired. Only 1 working elevator. But the room was clean and the ac was cold. All in all great stay. Oh, breakfast was amazing!
Open layout when you arrive, it felt very welcoming. Parking was easy. We traveled with two young children who were super excited about the pool; it was a fun stay! Shout out to the front desk staff at checkout who gave my kiddos a coloring page and crayons to take for the road -- it made their day! The breakfast also deserves recognition; plenty of variety, it was fresh, and the staff were on top of it!
