拍攝客戶的信用卡卡號不是正規刷卡的手續，而且有洩漏個人隱私的疑慮，以後請避免。
Pros:

地點佳，房間整潔乾淨，窗外景觀很美。

Cons:

入住時在櫃檯完成刷卡後，進來房間又接到櫃檯打來電話，說要拍照我的信用卡卡號。
我覺得這樣做非常不好。

安全梯的門需改善以符合消防法規
Pros:

房間整潔乾淨，窗外景觀不錯，收費合理。地點佳，附近有小吃餐廳及便利商店。

Cons:

1. 依消防法規規定，火災時不得搭乘電梯，必須要走安全梯，而且安全梯的門需保持常關，不得鎖死。
我入住第一天晚上就發現該樓層兩個安全梯門都鎖死。第二天告知櫃檯後，那晚安全梯門被改為半掩。
這兩種做法都不符合消防法規
2. 淋浴間的門無法關好，洗澡時水會外漏

Pros:

大廳非常寬敞，一進飯店心情就很好，房間浴缸很大、礦泉水要多少有多少，無邊際游池超讚。
工作人員很貼心幫切水果還裝在盒子裡

Cons:

叫計程車這點真的要改進，應該讓計程車進到迎賓車道而不是讓客人走出去。有些工作人員幫叫計程車是用手機、有的則是走去路上攔，這應該要有準則才對、畢竟是高級飯店

Pros:

The staff are friendly. The breakfast is also good. There are so many choices including western style dishes and traditional Chinese breakfast.

Cons:

The location is not that convenient as expected. A bit far from the subway station.
