Great location, great price
A bit old, needs some minor repairs
Good time very small room
I stayed 3 nights. I was first given a wrong room (smaller and without a balcony). The next day I got the room I had booked. I judge the place in accordance how they remedy the situation. The manager offered me an extra night (on my return) without a charge, which shows me customer service oriented approach.
Pros:
- location was perfect for my purposes, everything in walking distance. NOTE: it is really hilly (I ended up ordering a transportation to the irport as I did not feel like pulling my luggage 10min steep up hill to a tram station).
- room was spacious and bed was comfy.
Cons:
- there were 3 different male staff members at the reception and I was not convinced of their customer service skills.
- rooms (I experienced 3 different ones) are so outdated and unrepaired that they look dirty. Some places such as fridge or door of a safety box undoubtedly has not been cleaned (sticky). Also having no cover on a light swich causes a hazard.
- sound proof non-excistent ( I slept with ear plugs) as the voices from upstairs, downstairs and across the hall were audible.
- a/c appliance was not working properly.
Great value; great location! Would definitely recommend
Overall it was a great experience. The staff was nice and very useful. We had a room with one double bed and one single bed/couch, it was comfortable but the pillow and the cover for the single bed had some stains. As soon as I told the employee at the reception, he gave me a new set.
Location was good, but travellers should be aware it is further from the tram stop than it may appear.
Availability of a washing machine free of charge was great.

The top floor terrace has no furniture on it to make it comfortable.
