Miły jednodniowy pobyt
Pros:

Personel uprzejmy, w pokoju było czysto. Kompleks hotelowy duży, z rożnymi basenami i wodnym placem zabaw dla dzieci. Na śniadanie jest bardzo dużo do wyboru i produkty są jakościowe. Hotel położony jest także blisko lotniska (15-20 min samochodem). Spaliśmy w budynku z recepcją. Byliśmy na jedną noc z dwójką dzieci 😊

Cons:

Do godziny 23 na scenie są występy, mieliśmy pokój wychodzący właśnie na cały kompleks i niestety pokój nie był dobrze wygłuszony, więc ciężko było się wcześniej położyć, aby wyspać się przed porannym lotem kolejnego dnia 😞

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal und eine rundum schöne Atmosphäre
Pros:

- Sehr engagiertes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und Dinner
- das Hotel ist riesig, wirkt fast wie ein eigenes kleines Dörfchen
- unser Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber (in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern)
- das Zimmer war mit allen nötigen Sachen gut ausgestattet
- vielfältiges und abwechslungsreiches Essen, beim Dinner gab es jeden Tag etwas Neues
- habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen

Cons:

War eigentlich alles super! 😊 Zwei Dinge, die man vielleicht vor der Buchung wissen sollte:
- Da das Hotel sehr auf Familien ausgerichtet ist, gibt es auch spät abends noch verschiedene Unterhaltungsprogramme, die man je nach Lage des Zimmers gut hören kann. Wer beim Schlafen absolute Ruhe braucht, sollte vielleicht nach einem ruhig gelegenen Zimmer fragen. Ich fand unser Zimmer und die Atmosphäre im Hotel so schön, dass mich das überhaupt nicht gestört hat.
- Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Das weiß man natürlich bereits vor der Buchung, aber ich würde empfehlen mobil zu sein, um flexibler sein zu können, da die Busverbindungen in Paphos nicht die zuverlässigsten sind.

Cons:

Bad experience. The hotel works as all inclusive. The problem is that for the people who don't pay for all inclusive, quality is really poor compared to what they pay. Terrible cocktails at the pool. Terrible food at the pool. Fair breakfast. Dirty pool terrace and smelly rooms. Generally speaking, it needs renovation. I made the mistake to forget my shirt. I called them the same day asking for it. They told me they will call me back. They didn't. I called them the next day and they told me they will call me back. They didn't. I called them again a week after and gave them to understand that i have a complaint about what was happening. That time they called me back and yes they found it. They promised to send it to me over a courier with expenses on me and i agreed. Almost a month later i am still waiting for the shirt. PS i am 2 hours away.

Είναι ξενοδοχείο στην ΚΥΠΡΟ και για να χρησιμοποιήσει παιχνίδι εντός του ξενοδοχείου ο γιος μου (10 ετών ελληνικύπριος) απαραίτητη προυπόθεση ήταν να μιλάει ΆΠΤΑΙΣΤΑ ΑΓΓΛΙΚΆ. Ζητήσαμε να του καθορίσουν στα αγγλικά οδηγίες - να μιλήσουν μαζί του για να εξετάσουν κατα πόσον καταλάμβαινε αγγλικά και τις οδηγίες τους και αν δεν καταλάμβαινε να μην έκανε το παιχνίδι και ΔΕΝ δέχτηκαν. Ούτε είχε εκεί υπεύθυνο που να δίνει τις οδηγίες στα Ελληνικά για Ελληνόφωνους. Με αυτό τον τρόπο έγινε διάκριση για το παιδί μου σε παιχνίδι εντός του ξενοδοχείου απλά και μόνο για την γλώσσα που μιλάει σε ξενοδοχείο στην χώρα του.

We had short stay here , but it was very nice. Really enjoyed every minute, receptionist and all the stuff very helpful. Room was clean , food nice and tasty
