Pros:

部屋が広くて開放感があり、タワーホテルなので外の景色も良く快適でした。
去年も宿泊したので今回もグランドタワーにしました。さらに鴨川シーワールド向きのお部屋だったので満足でした😆🎵

お部屋、お風呂は最高、リネン類を頑張ってほしいです！
Pros:

32階宿泊、海もきれいで、トンビが怖かったですが、とても満足です。
お部屋も広くて、和室もとてもよかったです。
ヒノキ風呂の窓を開けると、ほぼ露天風呂で、香りも良くくつろげました。

Cons:

タオル、シーツ、浴衣が古くて、においがきつく、そろそろ新しくした方がよさそうです
キッチンや電子レンジもありましたが、掃除が行き届いていなくて（古くて）においが強かったので、使えませんでした。

東京を離れて、海を感じる旅！
Pros:

家族で鴨川シーワールドへ。立地、眺望が最高でした！

夕朝食付きだったが、選べなかった上に巻き寿司のプランなのにご飯がとてつもなく少なかった。追加料金払うしかなく残念だった。

Pros:

部屋が想像以上広かった。コンドミニアムみたい。

Cons:

売店がありそうで無いが、特に問題ない。食事も予約制だが、何とかしてくれたから問題無かった。スタッフが丁寧さに欠けたけど普通と言えば普通かな。ビジネスホテル並みの対応。

リーズナブル＆広さを重視するならばOK
Pros:

部屋が広い　洋室（4ベッドの部屋を3人で利用）（2ベット×2部屋+リビング＋キッチン＋ダイニング＋広いバルコニー）
玄関クローゼット・室内クローゼットが広い・トイレ独立　バス＆洗面台＆洗濯機＋乾燥機も別々
オーシャンビュー（33階建てのうち9階のお部屋でした）　
価格リーズナブル　（洋室×2部屋予約　大人5人（+2歳児1人）　素泊まり　1泊2日　合計￥44,450
立地　今回は鴨川シーワールド利用に近いここを選択　車で3分

Cons:

①眺めが良かった分　窓ガラスの汚れが気になりました。
リビングのソファーに座り　海を眺めながら家族団らんするのに　とても気になり　せっかくのオーシャンビューが台無しでした。
花粉や砂埃雨汚れは仕方ありませんが、　手垢+手跡が多く目立ち
窓拭きの怠りが解ってしまった。

②キッチンのケトルの中が濡れていて　底には水が少し残っていて不快でした。
せめて洗浄後　中は乾燥させるか　水滴を拭き取るようにして欲しかったです。

③ベッドの頭部壁に枕が立てかけてありましたが、柔らかい素材なのか？カバーを変えていないのか？ヨレヨレでしわが寄っており　見た目に不安・心配でした。
シーツやベットカバーはしわ一つ無く　ピンと張ってあったので　枕カバーだけ違和感ありありでした。

④アメニティー　
大人3人の部屋で　アメニティーが2人分しか無かったので電話すると
2歳児の分は無しとの事。
2部屋を隣室で予約したので　「隣の部屋には3人分あるはずだ」との解答。
どの部屋にどのグループが泊まるか？決めるのはこちらの自由なので　勝手に部屋に置く数を決めないで欲しい。
また、それならばフロントで受付の際にどちらの部屋にアメニティーが何人分あるのかを伝えて欲しかった。
入浴の際　2歳児でもタオルは使うので　もう一人分欲しいと連絡すると　別に￥330追加料金必要と言われました。
