ブッキングコムで予約したのに東横の受付の女性に「予約されてないこちらはブッキングコムとは関係ないので」と言われ、対応が悪く泊まりたくなくなった。ブッキングコムとは手数料が発生したり全く関係ない訳ではないと思う。宿泊出来なかったのにお金だけ取られたのでブッキングコムにも問い合わせ中。

It was a very nice stay from start to finish. Everyone very nice, friendly and polite.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Freshly made and delicious. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Clean towels every day.

身体が休められて良かったです。

ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。

電車移動の利便性を除けばコスパは◎

駅近で便利だった。
ホテルのスタッフが親切だった。
アメニティバイキングが良かった。

Cons:

朝食会場（フロントフロア）は大変混雑していて座る場所もなかった。
部屋に持って行けたのはよかったけど、もう少し整備したほうが良いとおもう。

No-nonsense, simple stay for business travel
Pros:
