素晴らしい
Pros:

とても清潔で静かで夜景もすごくよかったです。
ホテルの周りには、バス停、ゆりかもめ
AEONも温泉もありました。
快適でしたまた利用します。

Cons:

住所をナビに入れても全然着きませんでした
電話で場所を聞いてやっと辿り着きました。

総合的には満足です
Pros:

立地、設備、スタッフには満足。
朝食バイキングの補充も早く、内容も充実。
まだまだ有明を楽しみたいので、リピートも予定しています。

Cons:

ただ1点、夜中にエアコンを付けたところ、とんでもない異臭が⋯、気分がだいぶ落ちました⋯
3月の終わりに、まるで使ってなかったエアコンを久々に稼働したようなアレが？？？なんで？
改善を期待します。

ちょっと贅沢な母娘旅
Pros:

今回は娘と和洋室の最上階に宿泊させて頂きました。景色も良くお部屋も綺麗。スタッフの方の対応もとても良かった。娘がコンタクトのケア用品を忘れてしまいフロントに近くに売っていないか尋ねた所、精製水ならございますという事でお部屋まで届けて下さったり朝食に案内された席が窓際で無かったため娘と「どうせなら窓際が良かったね」って娘と話していたのを聞いていたようで「窓際のお席が空きましたのでこちらに移動されますか？」と声を掛けて頂きました。お食事もとても素晴らしく、何もかも最高でした。また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Cons:

歯磨き粉が足りなくなってしまいフロントに取りにいったのですが、歯ブラシセットはアメニティバイキングに無かったので歯ブラシセットも追加して欲しいです。
歯磨き粉が1回量が使いすぎると2回分も取れないので

Our 4 day stay.
Pros:

Room and bed size. The Spa. Customer service by female staff was very good, while male staff gave some catching up to do.

Cons:

I felt that over our 4 day stay the breakfast items could of varied a bit more.

駐車場完備で安い料金で泊まります。
Pros:

ショッピングセンター、レストラン、バー飲食店、イベント会場、駅、バス、駐車場、が近い。
待ち時間なくスタッフのお手伝いあり、チェックイン簡単にできました。レストランの予約まですぐに
できました。玄関も広く混まない、車椅子も問題なくバリアーフリーです。

Cons:

飲食店の終了時間が早いほとんど22時、だからラストオーダーも早い。ショッピングセンターの飲食店、店員が少なく
席空いてるのに、片付け間に合わず、すごく混みます。特に週末。
