Quite adequate for a short stay.
Pros:

Very clean and rooms although small well equipped. Pyjamas very comfortable and a nice touch. Tea & coffee etc freely available in foyer area. Close to shopping centre and a mini mart for snacks.

Cons:

No comfortable bar areas. Had an evening meal at the buffet but food not hot enough and limited choices .

Granted our stay was short, as time was limited we became frustrated at the lack of advice forthcoming.
Pros:

The position and initially the price quoted.

Cons:

That additional charges get levied. Even though at booking my request was communicated. To which i never received a response. Staff were not well versed in English and often we were advised to do this and then we were directed back to the initial approach. This happened at check-in and when we wanted to reserve a taxi. We couldn’t find the way to adjust the temperature setting of the air conditioner.

Pros:

Cleanliness (as expected from hotels in Japan), facilities, self check-in machines, and security—since access to each floor requires a key card linked to a specific room. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The toilet and shower areas are in separated room, which is very convenient and well-designed.

Cons:

1. The reception and lobby are located on the second floor. If you’re coming from the train station with luggage, you’ll need to carry it up quite a lot of steps. However, if you’re arriving by car, the parking level has escalators and elevators available. (This means that if you prefer to avoid the stairs, you can go down to the parking area and take the elevator or escalator instead.)

On the plus side, the second floor is directly connected to the mall entrance and a convenience store.

2. The air conditioner remote control is in Japanese and very difficult to use, even with Google Translate. Additionally, the compressor cycles on and off frequently; it would be better to switch to an inverter system

Большой туристический отель.
Если прибудете к 15 часам (время заселения), то можете столкнуться с большой очередью, которая впрочем достаточно быстро двигалась. Хорошие завтраки с большим выбором.

Cons:

Онсен (японская баня) по факту был не в гостинице, а платно и в соседнем здании.

The location near the Tokyo Big Sight was very convenient

Cons:

Upon arrival our room smelled like a recently used bathroom. We were moved to another room but also asked ( AND paid for a room upgrade). Apparently no one was notified of this even after paying for the upgrade. We were asked to bring our bags downstairs for delivery to the new room the next day. When we returned that afternoon the bags were still in storage and they gave us the same room we had been moved to. Then, we had to negotiate and explain everything again at the front desk, the entire situation before finally being moved to the the already paid for upgrade room.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà di comunicazione con il personale al banco all'arrivo. Si è tutto risolto positivamente all'arrivo di un addetto più disinvolto nell'uso dell'inglese; tuttavia un hotel così vicino ad una sede fieristica importante sicuramente ha molti ospiti internazionali e sfortunatamente il giapponese è una lingua bellissima, ma non molto diffusa al di fuori del Paese.
