My stay was fair
Pros:

The location was good and it was clean.

Cons:

The rooms were so so small. Some of the staff speak
English but others don’t hence communication is a problem.

L’endroit idéal pour visiter pour pouvoir visiter Tokyo tout en habitant dans un endroit tranquille et rester actif
Pros:

L’emplacement: facile d’accès pour visiter Tokyo et idéalement pour faire mon jogging matinal. Il y avait beaucoup de grands espaces à proximité.
Le gym était bien équipé
Les déjeuners étaient délicieux, café, poissons tous les matins
Le personnel était très accueillant et présent accueil et salle à manger

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans le gym
Le rideau de douche puait
L’humidité était trop élevée dans les chambres et l’étage

Spacious, modern room in a futuristic area!

​We really enjoyed our stay. The room was wonderfully spacious, clean, and modern. The Ariake area itself is fantastic—it has a very modern and futuristic look. It was also incredibly convenient to be so close to the shopping mall.

Cons:

While the room itself was great, the sleeping arrangement for four people wasn't ideal. Two guests had to sleep on futons on the floor, which were unfortunately very thin and uncomfortable. We requested extra padding to soften the hardness, but the hotel couldn't provide any extra setup for this.
