We had a great experience here. The location was very convenient, especially with the Starbucks and restaurant within walking distance.
Friendly saff
A refreshing place to come to after a day of travel or work. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful kitchenette, local tavern across the street for dinner, some very nice breakfast options as part of the stay. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft, absolutely comfortable (and I am hard to please when it comes to mattresses).
This was a horrible experience. The elevator was down the entire stay (8 days) and was told that it was down for 16 days. 3 flights of stairs with luggage. They did not offer to help to get the bags up which could have made a difference. Was offered $10 comp which I never received and also an insult with the amount. Do not recommend.. very disappointed in Marriott after this stay. I normally expect that they meet a particular standard of service.
The person at the desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The only issues were an elevator out of service and the pool was closed. There was a nice grassy area for our dog.
We reserved 1 bedroom and requested to get the room close to exit or lower level because we had a dog traveling with us. When we checked in, the staff was nice and we got a room based on our request. The room was great with kitchenette and cool AC. Gym room was great as well and also good breakfast. Outside near parking lot area, we could walk our dog. We recommend this hotel
This shiny new Townplace Suites is a delight. Spacious rooms, useful kitchens, and very clean. The staff are cheerful & helpful. It is dog-friendly. Apparently there are no rules about leaving the dogs in the rooms alone, because the ones near us barked a lot. The fitness center is lovely - it has an assortment of equipment & there's room to jump rope (bring your own rope). There is a physical therapy-type bike, but no spin-type bike. There is ample free parking. The neighborhood is pretty - lots of restaurants & it's just a block to the Pueblo Cultural Center. Be aware that while this hotel says "Old Town," it is not a pleasant walk to the actual Old Town shops/church/restaurants area. It's only a mile or so, but you would be walking through some very sketchy areas.

The staff were very friendly and always had an excellent attitude. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, they were excellent. I'm all my travels, they were some of the best.

Excellent location. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is included and has a good variety of hot items.
Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The pool closed at 10 which was great for the little ones.
