Great views and nice hotel
Pros:

Fantastic view of Fuji from the room. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the station in the morning and afternoon was great.

Great value and loved the onsen
Pros:

The facilities were great. Nice room and specially liked the free onsen. They provide credits for a few free drinks, pijamas and all toiletries. Very clean and great great breakfast options

Cons:

The location is very convenient to the train station and car rentals but the vicinity doesn't have much in terms of amenities or restaurants. A bit far from City centre, although there is a convenience store just in front.

清潔で広々とした客室です。設備はモダンで魅力的です。

Cons:

Lovely stay near Mount Fuji.
Pros:

Extremely helpful front desk staff who gave suggestions regarding the tour we made, and the logistics he helped organize for given the fact that we did not have a vehicle. I did not get his name. He was the one who checked us in.

Cons:

Breakfast space was tight. People bump each other and dishes and drinks easily fell on the floor.
