Great staff! Definitely would consider coming back!
Pros:

The mountain view room really did have a great view of Mount Fuji on clear days! The hotel staff were friendly and introduced us to the half-hourly shuttle bus to Shin-Fuji station where we could catch our train easily (despite travelling with luggage and multiple small children). Parking was plentiful and driving in and out was easily. Breakfast was solid but unspectacular.

I did however accidentally drive to Tokyo Inn Shi Fuji Eki by accident initially so don't make my mistake.

Cons:

The layout of the room was a bit cramped, but not unusually so. Plan accordingly for your party size.

ドリンクバーは、アルコールも飲み放題でかなりお得でした。食事も申し分なしで満足⁉️
レストランも広々で座席に余裕がありました。

Nice hotel with value for money.
Pros:

Great staff and very well maintained - everything works. The free shuttle service is punctual and a great help. Super great view of Mt Fuji from the room. The onsen was wonderful and well maintained.

Cons:

A good 10-15 minute walk from the Shin Fuji to the hotel. This was mitigated by the free shuttle service, but at specific times only.
