Our stay at Hotel GOCO Stay exceeded all of our expectations in every way.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel GOCO Stay in Kyoto and couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

The hotel is very new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Having a washing machine with a drying function, a microwave, and basic tableware in the room made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.

Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. We would especially like to thank the owner, who went above and beyond on the day we checked out. He personally accompanied us outside to help us hail a taxi, carefully loaded our luggage into the car, and waved goodbye as we left. Such warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and left us with unforgettable memories of Kyoto.

The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is just a short walk from Nishiki Market and the lively Shijo-Kawaramachi shopping district, where you can enjoy fantastic food, shopping, and the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

What surprised us even more was the incredible value for money. A hotel of this quality at such a reasonable price is truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations.

We highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. We will definitely stay at Hotel GOCO Stay again on our next trip!

Perfect location in beautiful Kyoto.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was within steps of both Nishiki Market and main roads. The room was spacious and comfortable and included laundry facilities in the room.

Great value hotel in superb location.
Pros:

Hotel was centrally located, quiet, and a good value. My son even forgot a ring in the room and they contacted us to let us know and shipped it ahead to our next hotel. Tremendous service - highly recommend.

A perfect hotel in Kyoto.
Pros:

Excellent central location. Absolutely in the best location to experience the best of Kyoto style and culture. The Owners and their team were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. They added to the overall enjoyment of our visit to wonderful Kyoto.

Pros:

Well located, small by ver well organized even a washing machine and small kitchen - was there for one day so did not use but can be very convenient Staff was great wanted to use the delivery luggage but staff told me to save money and use locker at station
