Perfect!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Most attentive staff, every one was so very helpful. The rooms were spacious. Extremely well considered appointments including washing machine and drying system, fridge and microwave. Location is less than a block away from Nishiki Market. For the sewists, Nomura Tailor fabric store is super close, 2 stores nearby. Easy walking access to Gion. Plenty of options for access to temples, shrines and the castle.

Excelente opcion en el maravilloso Kioto.
Pros:

Execelente ubicacion. Personal muy amable y eficiente. Muy bien que la habitacion disponga de lavarropas y secadora. Muy buena relacion precio calidad. Kioto es bellisimo.

Cons:

No hubo cambio de toallas en los cuatro dias de nuestra estancia. Deberia ser al menos dia por medio. Deberían poner almohadas extra.

Simply amazing
Pros:

Location location location. I’m the hearth of the city. Perfect spot for visitors. However, I would say the staff are even better than the location. It is a family owned and operated hotel and it really feels like it.

Pros:

Excellent location! Nishiki Market is literally right on the doorstep. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, mini fridge & a washing machine.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind, everything was ideal.

Great stay, staff are great, great location
Pros:

Very clean and very comfortable. Excellent location within a few moments walk of the local markets or metro. Staff were amazing - I left a belonging behind and they sorted it within a day. Very friendly and communicative.

Cons:

Nothing really. For the price it was excellent value in an excellent location.
