L'accoglienza dei gestori e di tutto lo staff è stata al di sopra delle aspettative.
La camera non è grande, ma dotata di tutti i comfort, kitchinette e lavatrice compresa (per chi ne ha bisogno).
La posizione è in centro a Kyoto.

Cons:

Dell'albergo non migliorerei nulla. Ho trovato la posizione non comodissima per gli spostamenti. Subway e ferrovie sono almeno a 10 minuti a piedi.

The staff provided exceptional service, very friendly, courteous , and provided good advice on ways to get most out of our stay.
The rooms were very very clean and had all amenities for a comfortable stay.

Det skønneste ophold, vi kommer gerne igen, meeeen det skal være værelset med balkon ;)
Pros:

Sengene var af god kvalitet.
Vi havde bestilt værelset med balkon. Helt fantastisk, næsten en tagterrasse for os selv.
Vaskemaskine, seperat bad, beliggenhed i centrum og alligevel ingen larm.

Cons:

Kragerne der larmede tidligt om morgenen, nok ikke hotellets ansvar :)

Warm, welcoming staff
Pros:

Great hospitality, warm welcoming staff. Everything you can imagine is packed into the hotel room, including a washing machine and dryer in the shower room. English speaking staff are fantastic offering great tips on Kyoto tourism. Special thanks to the staff person Milan. We had many good conversations and a good laugh. Other female staff were wonderful. Sorry, I do not know your names.
Very quiet, had a good sleep. I also stayed here for a week about 3 years ago. I hope to return.

Lo staff fantástico, molto disponibili per tutto! La posizione strategica e il top del top il sistema di lavanderia. Ti fai la lavatrice da solo come a casa e hai i vestiti asciutti in solo 3 ore appesi nel bagno. Voglio questo sistema a casa!

I will definitely return to this hotel if I came back to Kyoto
Pros:

All staff were excellent and gave lots of advice on places to see and local restaurants. Mr Konishi in particular was very helpful. Everyday before we left the hotel he would patiently spend time going through the best routes for our daily site seeing.
The room itself was fairly small, however it was useful having a washing machine in and also a dry facility.
The location was super very near the train stations and shopping.
