Holiday Inn Dubai Al-Maktoum Airport by IHG

Mr. Dipson hat mich nach einer beschwerlichen Anreise nach Mitternacht besonders freundlich empfangen und mir die nötige Ruhe vermittelt, vielen Dank! Außerdem hat er auch den Shuttle für 4 Uhr morgens organisiert.
Das Zimmer war top, auch der Shuttle zum Flughafen hat wunderbar funktioniert!
Ich komme gerne wieder!!

Place is great for the stay. Food in the hotel was amazing. Special thanks to all staff and chefs. Hotel is at very far end of Dubai south no public transport or Dubai metro service near the hotel. Closet gas station is 7 km away.

Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff, fantastic spa and massage.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff were well behaved.

Stayed in this hotel twice during the same vacation due to the distance from the airport. Upon arrival and departure.

Booked both rooms via hotels.com and both for 2 adults 2 kids. The first room we got only had two single beds. They than told us to pay for an extra bed for one of the kids.
The shower-head kept falling down, and the water wasn’t really getting warm.

On the second stay we booked the suite, with a terrace. The suite terrace was the only one without any furniture so couldn’t use it at all, the same problem with the water and the shower head. They had tried to fix this one with tape.
The fixture for the bathtub fell out the wall while trying to make a bath for the kids.

The worst hotel I have stayed at in Dubai

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning inden vi skulle hjem til Danmark. Et fint hotel med god service.
Til at starte med fik vi et værelse med 1 queensize seng til to voksne og to børn (6 og 8 år). Vi bad om en ekstra seng og det fik vi. Den var bare forfærdelig at sove i. Man kunne mærke alle fjedrene igennem madrassen, så det var ikke meget søvn man fik den nat.
Poolen var fin.
Maden var dyr.
Gratis shuttle bus til lufthavnen talte meget op.

It was a great place for the price except it was a bit far from downtown Dubai. I would like to visit again. Everything was very nice.

Rigtig god restaurant på hotellet.
Pæne, rene og store værelser.
Vi havde lidt udfordringer i forbindelse med indtjekning, da personalets engelsk ikke altid var tydelig.
Rigtig god service i øvrigt på alle fronter.

Stort härligt rum med skön säng. Tyst och lugnt. Varm skön pool. Buffé lunch o middag bra.

Nice hotel nice service but the cleaning not that good

Not bad for the price, found a roach in the buffet table, the restaurant not really clean

The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is kind. Isn’t dirty or noisy area, but still it’s far away from everything.

Great staff, good food, comfortable, great value, quiet, has all you need. This is our second stay. Our first was so good we returned and we will be here again during 2025 when we visit Dubai

Vi landet sent og hadde en overnatting. Det var et flott hotell med fantastisk imøtekommenhet fra personalet. God frokost. Beliggenheten i forhold til flyplassen var fin. Kun en kort taxitur.

A nice hotell. But we ordered for 3 people. We only got 2 single beds even though we payed extra for the third one.when we discussed this with the hotel they told us that we had booked a standard room, so we wither had to figure that out. Or book one more room. As it is possible to book up to 4 people in these rooms the marketing is very misleading.

Went to the bar waited about 30 minutes, to be served, then gave up and went to my room and ordered room service! Service was good , but hamburger I ordered was tasteless!

Nice Airport Hotel but not more. Practical when arriving at DWC or attending an fair. No restaurants or shops around the hotel. Fine for 1 night but when staying longer, I would look for something more lively
