Hyatt Place Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Front desk check in staff was very good. Restaurant and bar staff terrible. Like we were interrupting their fun with co-workers.

We stayed twice. First time in 5th floor, which was good. Second time on the second floor, and the shower was moldy and backed up, smelly. shampoo rack was broken. Rooms are otherwise very clean.

Window locking mechanism was broken so window would not completely close. Was locked and safe but because it wasn’t fully closed air conditioning wouldn’t work because sensor at window tells the unit it’s open so it disables the A/C. Brought it up with front desk but wasn’t fixed. Offered a free breakfast- luckily the outside temperature wasn’t too cold.

Clean , spacious room

Transport to this hotel is provided by a third party. The minibus driver drove past me twice at CDG without stopping - so it took 1.5h to get the “hotel transport” to the hotel. The driver told me I couldn’t board the bus at CDG without a QR code (tickets need to be purchased in advance on a website - not always easy when you’re traveling and don’t know your exact arrival time.
Hotel front desk staff were not helpful regarding transport. They were good in allowing my travelling companion to check in when the room was booked under my name.
Two restaurant staff were less than helpful. I even had to go and request cutlery after my meal was delivered. One restaurant staff member was very helpful and obliging - given my arrival at closing time due to the terrible airport transport.
This is not up to Hyatt standard. I would definitely recommend booking with another hotel near CDG.

Beautiful clean large property, lovely staff

Excellent Location. Wide and clean room. But the air conditioning not working. Breakfast service was a mess: no dishes, no glasses, no people to clean the tables. It is because of the fair but should hire more people for these days.

Disappointing check in experience.

Clean room although a smell of fried food throughout coming from the vent.

Check in is 3 pm. Apparently no exceptions. I am used to hotels releasing available rooms if you arrive early. Not here. They suggest you go to their restaurant and wait. My room was OK. The restaurant was OK. The shuttle service was OK—it only goes to terminal 3. You need to take the internal shuttle to other terminals. Might be better to use Uber. This is an OK hotel. Nothing more, nothing less.

The staff was awesome. Everyone was in a good mood and passed it on to us.

The room has a bad smell

Everything was excellent except that this was the only hotel that required a deposit fee.

BED BUGS!!!!!!, this was the only hotel I stayed at and I came back I was covered in bites
