Probably top 3 worst experiences in my 30 years of travel
Pros:

Not much when I arrived late night no one was present after waiting an hour I had to find a new hotel.

Cons:

Manager was rude next day and blamed me that I didn’t call to inform them that I will be arriving late and they canceled my 4 days stay. Offered me free breakfast as consolation.
