Pros:

Wir hatten das Privileg, genau zum Saisonwechsel anzureisen, wodurch wir das Hotel nahezu exklusiv nutzen konnten. Dies war für uns ideal. Insbesondere der Wellnessbereich stand uns exklusiv zur Verfügung, was wir sehr genossen haben.

Pros:

In diesem Hotel kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Schon der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und das macht das familiär betriebene Hotel aus. Als Skifahrer ist die Lage super, wie der Slogan bereits sagt: vom Bett auf`s Brett. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an das ganze Team.

Die Aussicht und die Massagen haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Vorab haben wir ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass sich meine Tochter vegan ernährt. An zwei von drei Abenden wusste die Servicekraft weder, dass meine Tochter Veganerin ist noch ob der Dessert vegan ist oder nicht. Nach Rücksprache mit der Küche stellte sich einmal heraus, dass der Dessert vegan ist und einmal, dass er nicht vegan ist.
Ich hatte mir hier in einem Biohotel diesbezüglich mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhofft.
Das Lichtkonzept im Hotelzimmer war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Winzige, zum Teil nicht beschriftete Lichtschalter (mehrere untereinander), am Bett befinden sie sich in der Nachttischschublade.

Gutes Essen, supernettes Personal. Schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Bei diesem Preis MUSS am Abend, nach dem Essen, eine Möglichkeit da sein in einer Bar oder gleichen auszuspannen. Jugendherberge trifft aber eher die Situation. Wenn der Preis nicht so horrend hoch wäre, wäre das auch ok.

Pros:

Sehr angenehmes und freundliches Personal, sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen, inmitten der Bergwelt, die Lage ist perfekt, vom Haus kann es direkt mit einer Wanderung losgehen. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben wir frequent genutzt, die allesamt mit der Allgäu Card gratis sind.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Das ťägliche Highlight war für uns das 5-Gänge-Menü am Abend - top Auswahl und Zusammenstellung der einzelnen Zutaten, das schmeckt man. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und frisch. Zu den Anwendungen können wir leider nichts schreiben, da wir diese nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die erhältliche App liefert alle Infos und nach dem Login sogar den aktuellen Stand der Nebenkosten. Noch ein Hinweis, da diese Info in Expedia hier etwas untergeht: Die Zimmer sind strahlungarm aufgebaut, d.h. Mobilfunk- u. WLAN-Empfang größtenteils nicht möglich. Für mehr Infos empfehle ich vorab die Website.
