Staff was very helpful and good at communicating. The area is central, shops, restaurants and the train and bus station is very near. Room is spacious enough for the price you pay.
The bed was extremely firm, almost like wood. Not to our liking but we were able to sleep on it nonetheless.

5 mins walk to the nearest train station and lots of shops around especially Donki. The room we got was specially choose so that we were able to open 2 large, 1 medium and 2 small luggages at the same time.
It was a 6 months gap between the previous stay and this current one. But the room we got showed signs of wear and tear, and it’s not as clean as the first time ( bathroom was full of limescales)

お出しのパックがあり これは初めてのことで嬉しかったです お部屋はワンランクいいお部屋にして頂いて感謝します 術後だったのでシャワーも使えなかったのですがゆっくり休めました

The location is the center of the downtown.
I wish there was more space in the room, but it was very clean and surprisingly quiet.
