Beautiful property, clean, and great amenities!

From dropping our car off at Valet to checking out, the hospitality was excellent ! Our room was amazing, clean and spacious with a spectacular beach view from our balcony! Will definitely be staying here again.

Noise transfer from hallways and neighboring rooms was really loud. The room service food was terrible, a totally different menu from the regular restaurant and nowhere near the quality expected. They also got our order wrong. The toilet enclosure being a glass box did not feel private at all. Overall, we were pretty disappointed.

Staff was amazing and so were the amenities. The only thing I would say is the water pressure in the shower was terrible. I’m not sure if it was just our room, but it was difficult to shower. Other than that, overall great experience.

Amazing place and service!

Excellent place

Overall a good stay. Hotel is beautiful, room was very nice. Loved the ocean view balcony and beach access. Service at beach and pool were great. However, there should be a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Our room, especially floors, were noticeably not as clean as they should have been. AC had difficulty working and it made a lot of noise during the night. The coffee maker also made a lot of noise - not sure if that was to be expected. Even when room was serviced, our coffee bar was not restocked, we had to call to get more coffee and it took quite awhile to receive. For the price paid, this room could have benefitted from a small microwave and ceiling fan. Also, the advertised events during the week didn't happen. We were looking forward to the Tuscan Tuesday brick oven pizza evening that was advertised, but that didn't happen. And when we asked staff about it, no one knew what we were talking about. And i was surprised with this being a wellness resort that there was very little awareness of the spa services and there was no chai tea anywhere.

The Amrit resort was beautiful! Lulu was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The resort is clean, private, quiet, and rooms are decent size. It's located right on the beach and is less than 30 minutes from Palm Beach Airport.
Tula restaurant had a great brunch, however the dinner menu could use some improvements. All and all I highly recommend Amrit if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful resort with great staff and spa.

The hotel and property is absolutely beautiful. Everyone other than the person who checked us out when leaving and the valet team have obviously not been in any type of customer service role. I do not exagerate when I state they all need to be replaced with people having experience in hospitality. Very disappointed.

The room was beautiful.. had Excellent pool service by Nathaniel. He made the trip even better! He brought us towels, made us drinks we wanted. He is top notch employee!

Clean, quiet, beautiful rooms, great location!

Despite the luxurious look of Amrit, several things immediately turned me off at check-in.

First, the guest relations rep decided on his own that my dog wasn’t a service animal—without looking at any documents—and said management backed his judgment. We were charged $200 for the stay, making this the first time in all our U.S. travels that a hotel staff member, not a specialist, tried to “qualify” a service dog.

Second, shockingly for a hotel at this level, there were no swimsuit drying racks. Four wet towels and two robes had to hang on just two hooks. Swimsuits had to be laid on balcony chairs, so to enjoy the ocean view we paid for, we had to move them to the floor or hold them in our hands. Not exactly luxury.

Also, for a resort of this standard, a birthday card or even a small gesture would’ve been nice. But not at Amrit—they must believe it’s up to them to decide when my birthday is.

We came to celebrate my 35th for just two days, hoping for a peaceful escape. Instead, these small but telling oversights ruined what should’ve been a relaxing, high-end experience.

Great property. Staff very friendly. Two bedroom very pretty with amazing views of intercoastal. My only complaint is no doors to bathroom except to toilet room. Not ideal for family. Lacks privacy.

Beautiful views. Breakfast was ok. Strange smell on the upper floors and in the rooms. Room was beautiful with a wrap around balcony. We were only there one night and didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. You could see the beach from the shower and tub which was a nice experience. Would have liked a nightlight option in the bathroom. Robes were made for tiny people. I’m not that large but they didn’t cover so we opted not to use
