Pulito, comodo, moderno.
Pros:

Ottima struttura, posizione comoda per raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi il centro citta'.
Le stanze erano pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort.
La colazione e la Spa interna sono senz'altro i suoi punti di forza, ma non abbiamo usufruito ne' dell'una ne' dell'altra, quindi non mi sento di dare un giudizio.

Cons:

Le dimensioni della stanza erano abbastanza piccole, ma probabilmente nella media di altri hotel e piu' in generale degli standard in Giappone.

Fijn en comfortabel hotel op een toplocatie in Takayama
Pros:

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij KOKO HOTEL Hidatakayama. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, op korte loopafstand van het station en het centrum van Takayama. Ideaal om de stad te ontdekken.

Onze kamer was netjes, schoon en comfortabel. Het ontbijt was voornamelijk Japans en bood een ruime keuze aan. Voor wie liever een meer Europees ontbijt wilde, waren er ook broodjes, toast, mini-croissants en yoghurt.

We hebben zelf geen gebruikgemaakt van de onsen, maar hebben wel even een kijkje genomen. Het zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Wat wij vooral heel fijn vonden, waren de wasmachines en drogers in het hotel. Tijdens onze reis hebben we daar optimaal gebruik van gemaakt.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en alles was goed verzorgd. Een prettig en comfortabel hotel en zeker een aanrader wanneer je Takayama bezoekt.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was iets anders dan wij verwacht hadden.

Great location and lovely bath.
Pros:

Great onsen bath. Free use of bicycles was very helpful, as most of the sites are within easy biking distance. Breakfast was very nice (though if you’re an early riser be aware it doesn’t start til 7:00). There is a washing machine and drier (only one so you have to wait) in each of the men’s and women’s bath area.

Cons:

The room was quite small and didn’t have a desk. The bed and pillows weee comfortable bout there was an annoying blinking light on the ceiling above the bed.

人やサービス以外はまぁまぁ。チェックアウトが11時で助かった

部屋が快適

Cons:

スタッフの気配りのなさにがっかり。普段外人相手にしてるからか過剰なサービスはしません、みたいな自惚れた対応が人によってあった。最低ラインの人が多かった。

La habitación era muy pequeña y olía bastante fuerte a sopa o alguna comida que se habían hecho los anteriores huéspedes. Solo tienen una lavadora y una secadora para todo el hotel por lo que era muy difícil encontrar un momento en el que estuviera libre.
