Perfect location for us with excellent staff, a great bed and good free breakfast in the morning.
Pros:

Very clean. No highway noise in our room, even though we faced a busy interstate. Very good breakfast options.

Cons:

Our room was an accessible room but had no ADA toilet.

I will only stay at this location when in town, and will alway recommend to friend and family.
Pros:

Our original room had a tub and we requested a shower. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our request.

Could have done without the dog poop.
Pros:

Nice new property as described. Comfortable room & good breakfast. Roll-in shower as promised.

Cons:

My only issue was dog poop on the sidewalk that I stepped in. I told the front desk staff but my impression was they weren’t going to do anything about it. The poop was still there the next morning.

Pros:

Great restraunts and gas stations near by. Clean comfy room and bed. Great breakfast. Bottle of water on check in.

Crossing traffic on drive into location, heavy traffic without good turning lane.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. Housekeeping was excellent. I got a snack one night and it wasn't expensive at all.

Cons:

The breakfast was not as good as I expected. One day there was no butter and you can't eat biscuits and pancakes without butter in my opinion. The woman in charge of setting up the breakfast was not very friendly.

It was situated at the end of a line of hotels. Easy enough to get to, but a little confusing driving through the other hotels parking lots
