Onsen privatif, lit très confortable, emplacement près de la gare donc très pratique

Cons:

Hôtel sombre comme dans une grotte très peu de lumière , pas de petit déjeuner sur place

Absolutely an amazing and romantic stay
Pros:

This place and town is absolute amazing. The Ryokan style room with the onsen bathtub with water from hot springs was awesome!!! Great cherry blossoms out front

Pros:

ottima posizione vicino ai servizi, stazione e negozi,camera enorme con tutte le amenities , avevamo la camera con onsen privato su rooftoop , bellissimo.

Cons:

peccato solo per la colazione che non e' prevista. Anche se in camera si ha sempre thè e caffè

Excellent day and would return
Pros:

Excellent location that is accessible to town but removed enough that it is not loud or busy. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were exceptional. We upgraded to the en suite onsen which is definitely recommended if available.

cosy and close to town , able to take bus or train to local attractions
Pros:

lovely soft bed, nice bathroom, cosy clean room, netflix available, easy walk to town centre, bus & train

Cons:

not much food after hours, hard to find a restaurant open for dinner and for breakfast , but the ones we found were ok

Wonderful lighting choices and a good location.
Pros:

This hotel had the most versatile lighting system I have ever experienced. There was a small (5x7 inches) screen on the headboard that operated all the lighting. There was a dimmer for the main lighting and 4 choices for various lighting sources.

Cons:

There was supposed to be spring water coming out of the faucet on the bathtub. I was notified when I checked in to be careful of the temperature of the spring water because it was very hot. I tried to put spring water in the tub about 9 PM.
There was only a trickle of water at that time. Relatives in another room were able to get lots of spring water at 4PM.

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre ce qui rend l’espace sombre et un peu oppressant. Pas de services à l’hôtel.

The perfect Hakone stay
Pros:

Wow! Our hotel room felt like staying on a private spa. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the tub inntbe room. So peaceful and serene!
