היחס של המלון. אשתי נכה, ושום דבר לא היה נגיש, למרות שכתבתי קודם, שאשתי נכה. אפילו אין כניסה למלון נגישה. לא הסכמנו להישאר , ולו ללילה אחד ‏( הזמנו 2 לילות‏), והמלון לא זיכה אותנו, למרות שהאיש בדלפק הצ'ק אין, אמר שיזכה אותנו. בסוף זיכו אותנו, רק על לילה אחד

Great location and very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The location was easy walking distance to the downtown core, bus and train. The staff were very polite and attentive ensuring your stay was comfortable. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the private onsen and free face mask provided. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The low lighting in the entrance and hall provided a very nice relaxing vibe.

Pros:

Un hôtel tout simplement incroyable. Nous avions une chambre avec un onsen extérieur privatif , sans vis à vis, qui délivre de l'eau chaude en continue et donc qui ne refroidit jamais .
La chambre était plus que confortable avec toutes les commodités .
Nous avions peignoir, pyjama , produit de beauté à disposition dans la chambres et d'autres produits pouvaient être pris à l'entrée.
L'endroit est calme et bien situé , proche de la gare , et nous avons été formidablement bien reçu
Je recommande ++

Cons:

Le onsen était rempli à rad bord ce qui fait que quand on voulait s'allonger l'eau pouvait déborder dans les escaliers de la terrasse mais nous n'avons jamais eu d'eau dans la chambre

Pros:

Det var ett av de finaste hotellen som jag har bott på. Allt var så genomtänkt i minsta detalj. Fräscht och snyggt inredda rum. Onsenbadet var fantastiskt att ha i rummet.
