Beautiful period building with very comfortable room
Everything
Two minor points. The oat milk supplied was off. And I wish the corridor lights were motion-sensitive rather than on continuously at night. The light leakage through the door frame made it a little difficult to get to sleep at times.
Stylish internal decoration. Extremely clean. Characterful house in an excellent position for the town centre.
Nothing
Amazing food
Nothing at all - stay was perfect!
Had dinner at the hotel - very good food and service.
Breakfast menu had plenty of options.
A short worry-free break.
Nothing was missing
Friendly service, clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding was fantastic. Quiet.
Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it.
Bathroom small and a bit cramped but functional and clean
Restaurant was fully booked so we had to go out for food but they did offer suggestions
The hotel was unique, with its own niche architecture. It was well decorated and maintained to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, always serving with a smile. Location-wise, it is just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, with plenty to see and do. The food was excellent a stylish full English breakfast was served, and dinner was of a high, almost Michelin-style standard.
The shower screen is not big enough other than everything is really good..
Very welcoming and comfortable, and donner at the restaurant was delicious.
Breakfast was just about everything you could wish for. Our only small complaint was the sausages were a little too dense for our taste and there was no smoked bacon option.
Dinner was unbelievable and probably the best meal I've eaten for a long, long time. Creme Brulee, the only dessert in my opinion, was delicious. We both scored our evening meal 10/10.
The room was small but workable except the narrow channel to one side of the bed and a cramped bathroom. The mattress was firm although comfortable but the pillows, as in pretty much every hotel we've stayed in, were uncomfortable. We travel with our own pillows in case needed. They were!
Quiet yet central location with parking either on site or free on street outside. The building is a truly lovely Victorian villa and the garden is very well looked after. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was nice. I appreciated that the place was dog friendly too!
Shower was not very hot both times I used it
A little gem of a property. It gave a quiet secluded feel to the place but it was nicely central to the important parts of town. The single room was to the back of the house and was pleasantly warm and comfortable.
I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.
Everything, so welcoming staff, very clean, spotless actually, rooms lovely
Nothing
Sitting in the lounge with pre-supper drinks then late night drinks in front of the fire was very good. Also quiet and private. A good recommendation for a local pub was given by the staff (see below).
The restaurant is shut on Weds in January but the website didn't say so.
My room on the top floor didn't have any half-way nice views - just rooves and windows. The single Garden View one I had before was much nicer. I was 'upgraded' to that double, apparently.
Convenience to Malvern, easy parking. Warm and comfortable with a delicious breakfast.
Very friendly staff, stylish decor, close to center.
