My stay was very comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't served in this location. The main thing I appreciated was the location.

Location and comfort of bed.

Cons:

The lack of control from staff over thier facility. Spring break teenagers were in the swimming pool at 12:30, running down hallways and when I complained to staff after being woken by people above my room jumping of floors I was informed..”we will do what we can” which was nothing. I had paid for 2 separate rooms for 4 nights each so leaving wasn’t an option. I should have called local law enforcemant.

Overall decent option
Pros:

Although location was not immediately close to beach it was within a 5 minute drive and down the road from Pier Park, which was convenient. Love the space of the room but outdated.

Cons:

Hotel stated they were having issues with water on 2nd day we were there so there was issues with water temperature during stay resulting in us departing the night before and also water pressure was low. Ice machine leaked so had to keep off and TV was difficult to enjoy due to limitations.

The price was good. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There were not enough eating utensils and cooking supplies. I had to buy a frying pan to make eggs for breakfast.
