Decent for a weekend stay.
Pros:

Location was good as we were in town for a tournament at Frank Brown. The room was decent with comfy beds.

Cons:

First night the remote didnt work, the staff at checkin was kind of rude. Broken exhaust fan in bathroom, icemaker broken in fridge, floor in room was gross.

Location even though it's close to things to do with traffic and road construction every trip out was at least 30+ min drive
Dishwasher, I booked the room because it had a full kitchen, reported dish washer broke first night there, report again 2 days later that it's still broke and holding first water and on last day after restoring twice and being told twice maintenance was coming out was still broke. Dirty water in the dishwasher when we left 5 days later was slime and stinking from humidity and fl heat.

Pros:

A/C was cold, water pressure was good.

Cons:

Dirty, trash everywhere, run down, bins full, stray cats running about, staff/guest doing drugs, stink in the air.... it was not a good stay.

EXCELLENT customer service.

Cons:

The microwave in the room did not work when we arrived. It was also never fixed or replaced. Maintenance kept saying they were waiting on a replacement and that never happened before the date that we checked out. That was the ONLY issue we had....besides the microwave, our stay was great!
