Pros:

Everything was just perfect. All was professionally handled, the staff was friendly and amazing. They do a fantastic job and that kitchen crew; they are absolutely amazing, they need to be training like really training others, because that place is set up. They have raised the bar there. I love it.

Fantastic weekend Erie stay
Pros:

We come to Erie often from the Pittsburgh area and have stayed at nearly every hotel. This has been my favorite. It was clean, the staff was welcoming, and breakfast was AMAZING. For $10 total per day, everyone in your room gets breakfast in the restaurant. So, me, my husband, and son got full breakfasts for about $3 each. They had waffles, burritos, sausage biscuits and gravy, etc. And the girl taking orders, serving, and cleaning was so kind. My only semi-complaint was that I wish we had gotten fresh towels but I probably could have requested some.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

This was the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was welcoming, professional, and attentive.

A special thank you to Joyce, who made my stay memorable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Her recommendations for local hidden gems gave us a chance to experience parts of Erie we otherwise would have missed.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated Joyce’s hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

Great for large groups
Pros:

I stayed here with a group of students from Muhlenberg School District's AFJROTC program during their end of year trip. Everyone was kind and welcoming! The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. They provided a hot breakfast for us every morning and were the first hotel to welcome us with a sign. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group. They were very accommodating!!
