Quiet, Clean but Breakfast was Terrible
Pros:

Clean and quiet, friendly staff

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. We thought that being served breakfast that it would be a cut above motel fare. We were wrong. Potatoes weren't real, sausage tasted of chemicals, fruit was under ripe - couldn't finish it.

So close to excellent....BUT
Pros:

Staff and desk (Jake) were very pleasant.

Cons:

I asked for a microwave in room at a fee as they do not automatically include one in the room. As nice as the staff is, they failed to get one to us, and it was addressed at check in AND on the first morning of our 2 day stay yet we never got our microwave.

Pros:

cafe - breakfast

Cons:

Staff. A fire alarm went off because a staff members child pulled it. They then blamed it on the kitchen. The staff members were screaming at guests in the lobby. There was a fight on the second floor. Chaos!

Decent rate. Room was semi-clean. One staff member was unfriendly but the other two were very kind.
Pros:

Location was great- quick drive to a large variety of restaurants

Cons:

The staff who checked us in was a bit off-putting. They also stopped responding to the open text line in which I first asked to see if early check-in was available, then reached out to share that a piece of chewed gum was left on the laminated hotel info page in the room.
