Our stay was very relaxing for the short time we sew there.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs were very delicious.

Ask about construction floor people
Pros:

He stayed here on the fourth floor in the Service deck were very friendly. The place was very clean comfortable but I had one issue and I had to call twice downstairs because of the people next to me were so loud until two in the morning. I had a video I say, but I deleted it. I was very disappointed about this other than that it was OK.

Cons:

Construction workers need to be put on a floor an area where they know they could be loud and drinking all night. I disliked the party going on till two in the morning.

The cleanliness was great.

Cons:

I felt completely cheated. I had to pay for parking, breakfast, wifi? What a joke. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Overall, it was a nice hotel with friendly staff and clean facilities.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean.

Cons:

We missed having the continental breakfast buffet. The "made to order" breakfast took thirty minutes. Had we known what a long wait it was going to be, we would have skipped it because we had a boat tour in the morning and were pressed for time. Also, we did not have cash on us in the dining room and, since there was no ATM in the hotel, we were unable to tip the one staff who was working the room all alone! I would highly recommend installing an ATM in the lobby, as I'm sure we are not the only patrons to run into this type of dilemma.

Great facility but not great stay of not getting sleep
Cons:

The people in the room next to us we were screaming at 10 pm and 2 pm had to have our tv on to drown the noise out and we told the front desk and they did nothing
