So close to excellent....BUT
Pros:

Staff and desk (Jake) were very pleasant.

Cons:

I asked for a microwave in room at a fee as they do not automatically include one in the room. As nice as the staff is, they failed to get one to us, and it was addressed at check in AND on the first morning of our 2 day stay yet we never got our microwave.

Cons:

Staff. A fire alarm went off because a staff members child pulled it. They then blamed it on the kitchen. The staff members were screaming at guests in the lobby. There was a fight on the second floor. Chaos!

I got about 20 bed bug bites!!!!!!! Disgusting. Will never stay again. I feel like calling the health department. Gross!!!!!
