Pros:

Desde o início que nos fazem sentir bem-vindos e acolhidos. Quarto simpático. Calmo. Rua calma. Pequeno-almoço bom. Ahmet da receção muito simpático.
Das seis vezes que fui an Istanbul sempre fiquei em Galata e nunca me arrependi. Aconselho.

Останавливались в отеле Meroddi La Porta и остались очень довольны своим выбором. Отличное расположение — буквально рядом с Галатской башней, удобно добираться до всех основных достопримечательностей.
Номер был чистый, уютный, с приятной атмосферой. Уборка проводилась регулярно, всё было аккуратно и комфортно для проживания.
Отдельно хочется отметить работу сотрудников на ресепшене — Eiyup и Ahmet. Очень вежливые, отзывчивые и профессиональные. Всегда помогали с любыми вопросами, давали полезные советы по городу и создавали ощущение настоящего гостеприимства.
В целом, сервис на высоком уровне, персонал действительно старается сделать пребывание гостей максимально комфортным.
С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова и рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!

Проживание в отеле Meroddi La Porta оставило исключительно приятные впечатления. Отель расположен в очень удобном месте — рядом с Галатской башней, откуда легко добраться до многих интересных локаций города.
Номера уютные, чистые и хорошо оснащённые, всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха есть. Уборка на хорошем уровне, чувствуется забота о гостях.
Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить сотрудникам ресепшена — Eiyup и Ahmet. Очень доброжелательные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря им пребывание в отеле стало ещё более комфортным и приятным.
В целом, отличный сервис, дружелюбная атмосфера и хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Определённо стоит рассмотреть этот отель для проживания в Стамбуле!

Everything was perfect, the receptionist mr. Ejup was so helpful and so kind with guests. Of all places i visited this hotel and the staff were the best of all the time, and of course mrs. Sevgi guest relations specialist was also very nice person, overall i can say that this hotel because of it clean and nice ambient need to be mentioned these two Mr. Ejup and Mrs. Sevgi.

Cons:

I may say the food was not 100%, like when you see how they treat you and how warmly i could expect a better food, was so good and delicious but it can be better.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Aunque al principio hubo un inconveniente ajeno al hotel por unas obras en la calle, el equipo reaccionó de forma excelente y nos ofreció una solución rápida y muy generosa, cambiándonos a otro hotel de la cadena y mejorando además la categoría de la habitación.

Queremos destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno en ambos hoteles fue también excelente.

Mención especial para Sevgi, de Guest Relations, que fue encantadora con nosotros y nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidos en todo momento. Sin duda, un trato que merece ser reconocido.


Our experience in Istanbul ended up being very positive thanks to the excellent care and professionalism shown by the staff of this hotel and its chain.

We initially stayed at Melody La Porta, but due to circumstances completely outside the hotel’s control, there were roadworks in the street that affected the internet connection and even caused some electricity issues. As a result, we were not able to rest as well as we had hoped on the first night.

However, as soon as we mentioned it, the team responded in an outstanding way. They kindly offered to move us to another hotel within the same chain and, on top of that, upgraded us to a higher-category room. They gave us a quiet suite, which we truly appreciated, because when you are travelling, being able to rest properly at the end of the day is so important.

We would especially like to highlight the kindness, professionalism and warmth of all the staff in both hotels. Everyone was always attentive, pleasant and willing to help with anything we might need. The breakfast in both hotels was also excellent, with very good quality and great service.

A special mention goes to the Sevgi from Guest Relation team, because in both hotels they were genuinely lovely with us.

Pros:

Nice location, great to have a washing machine. breakfast was pretty good. Once we got the second flat it was great.

Cons:

Our first night we got the flat in the basement and that honestly have a different standard. Floor was cold, bathroom was smaller, kitchen was in lesser condition and wifi didn't work. I think that flat should be sold with a lesser price. After that we asked for another flat and that one was great.
