Pros:

Отель прекрасный, около Галатской башни, чисто, тихо, завтрак шведский стол, перед заездом был опрос, я указала свой день рождения, он был на 2 дня позже, но при заезде меня ждал сюрприз, тортик и сувениры, это было очень приятно

Pros:

A hotel with outstanding service. From the very beginning, the reception staff always welcomed us warmly, arranged excursions for us, and were constantly available for anything we needed.
After our first day at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with souvenirs from Istanbul and traditional Turkish delights waiting for us. The following day was my partner’s birthday, and without any prior notice from me, we returned from our outing to find a birthday cake waiting in our room.
The guest relations team was always at our disposal for anything we needed throughout our stay. Truly exceptional hospitality!

Mir hat an der Unterkunft gefallen, dass die Lage sehr zentral war. Alles was man benötigte war in der Nähe z.B. Metro, Galataturm usw.

Great hotel
Pros:

The staff is amazing, extremely helpful. The breakfast is delicious, definitely worth it. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great. Hotel is clean and the location is perfect, super close to the galata tower.

Cons:

The room we stayed is rather small, and the bathroom smelled really bad, I believe there is an issue with the sewage pipes.

Просторный номер, отличное местоположение около Галатской башни - весь транспорт в доступе. В то же время, было тихо в номере. Прекрасный завтрак с видом на Стамбул. На Новый год подарили подарочек. Персонал всегда на связи и готов помочь.

Cons:

В номере на - 1 этаже не работал WiFi. Кухня недостаточно оборудования для жизни. Номер не очень уютный.

A great place to stay, with breakfast included
Pros:

I liked that the staff was friendly and the breakfast. The location is very good and moving by using the metro was very easy. The hotel also said that they can recommend places to eat, visit or buy souvenirs from. I also liked the small gift bag that was given. They also checked in to make sure I had no issues and even offered to make a breakfast box should we leave before the breakfast time! Also gave a few tips what to avoid doing and keeping an eye on your belongings at all times.

Cons:

No real issues. Only thing I can bring up is the fact that once the radiator was warm for some reason but that was fortunately for only one day. Could've been because it was a day that was a bit colder for the locals and I'm used to colder temperatures. As this was not a big issue, I did not bring it up and had a wonderful time.

Pros:

Hotelul este situat intr-o zona ff bună, turistică, cu restaurante, supermarketuri și magazine în apropiere, precum și stații de metrou sau alte mijloace de transport în imediata apropiere. Este așezat în spatele unei străzi f aglomerate, ceea ce te face sa ai liniste totodată. Curatenie, mic dejun bun și oameni mereu amabili. Plus ca deși ziua mea trecuse de câteva zile, am primit un cadou din partea hotelului.

Cons:

Nu mi a plăcut baia, care este f mica și inconfortabilă.

Ολα ήταν καταπληκτικά…η τοποθεσία, το πρωινό στην ταράτσα, η καθαριότητα και το προσωπικό!!

Cons:

Το αρνητικό ήταν η έλλειψη δεύτερου καθρέφτη! Υπήρχε μόνο ένας στο μπάνιο! Επίσης, ο νιπτήρας ήταν πολύ κοντά στην καμπίνα του ντουζ και υπήρχε μια στενότητα χώρου!

Perfect location and fantastic service – a cozy base in Galata
Pros:

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 9 days and really enjoyed it. The hotel's strongest point is absolutely the location – just a 1-minute walk from the Galata Tower. Also, the street just above is packed with great cafes and restaurants.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. We even received a message from the Guest Relations Agent on our first day offering assistance. She was very professional and helped us immediately whenever we needed anything.

The room was small, but cozy and functional for us. Breakfast was a large buffet served on the roof terrace. Starting the day up there with a view of the Bosphorus was a highlight. We had a great stay

Pros:

I would say both receptionists ( Amir and orhan) and other staff. The room was well cleaned, and breakfast was delicious. Thanks to everyone you guys made my tour unforgettable. I will highly recommend whoever is going to Istanbul, Meroddi La porta is the best hotel. Thanks
