Perfect location, gorgeous property, great breakfast, and super friendly staff.
Pros:

My brother and I loved our stay at this hotel! The facilities are a little bit outdated, but other than that, it was wonderful. It has multiple pools (inside and outside), a pool table, ping pong, foosball, a huge property, beautiful views, cool animals, a great breakfast, and super friendly staff. Ivan made our stay very enjoyable and gave us lots of great recommendations. And if you’re planning to spend time at the national park, you can’t beat this location!

Cons:

The chalets and hot tub were a bit outdated, but that added to the charm, in a way.

Lugar em meio a natureza, muitos animais… bem aconchegante. Os anfitriões, são bem acolhedores. O quarto e banheiro bem limpos, café bem muito bem servido.
Lugar perfeito para um bom vinho com uma vista maravilhosa das montanhas!

Um lugar aprazível mais que necessita de cuidados principalmente no quarto em que ficamos . O gestor é uma pessoa incrív

Cons:

O quarto não se apresentou como o das fotos e precisaria de uma repaginada geral . Pintura , as camas single estavam bem sofridas estava faltando trato .

Descanso
Pros:

O local é simples porém muito acolhedor. Precisávamos descansar e nos divertir um pouco em família e tivemos tudo isso. Natureza, animais, piscinas, parquinho, lagos naturais, sala de jogos, tudo muito gostoso. O café da manhã servido pelo Sr Ivan foi espetacular, pessoa incrível e de uma simpatia ímpar. Amamos e esperamos voltar em breve.

Pros:

A propriedade é enorme e tem muitas opções de lazer, piscina externa, piscina aquecida coberta, hidro, sauna, salão de jogos, e uma piscina de água natural que é uma delícia. Sem falar na vista do quarto que é linda, o café da manhã é muito bom e reforçado. O anfitrião Seu Ivan é muito gente boa, sempre disposto a ajudar, arrumou até uma churrasqueira para assarmos uma carne. O quarto estava muito limpo, e quando precisávamos repor algo era super rápido, ficamos por 4 dias e foi uma experiência maravilhosa, recomendo a pousada.

lugar maravilhoso, contato com a natureza, animais, ótimas piscinas, uma piscina de aguas natural, gelada mas super refrescante no dia de muito calor como foi a minha hospedagem, o senhor Ivan, e as 2 Mulheres que cuida da arrumação dos quartos e dos cafes que por sinal e super de bom, são muitos prestativos amei.

Cons:

Não gostei do WI-FI, mas por se tratar de um lugar afastado da cidade, bem dentro da montanha, é ate compressivo

Pros:

O atendimento foi muito bom. Pegamos muito trânsito na estrada por conta de uma obra na Dutra, que nos fez chegar tarde da noite e, mesmo assim, o dono da pousada estava nos aguardando chegar e nos deu todas as orientações para a chegada. O quarto e o banheiro estavam muito limpos, já fiquei em hospedagens que são consideradas melhores e que não tinham uma limpeza tão boa quanto essa.

Cons:

O caminho para chegar ao hotel é por uma estrada de terra, que no meio da noite não é muito agradável de passar. Além disso, imagino que chegar durante uma chuva deve ser complicado. As instalações eram velhas e falta manutenção. No quarto em que ficamos haviam fios expostos e a tela da janela estava rasgada. O café da manhã era bem simples, sem muitas opções. Não é um local ruim, mas achei o valor da hospedagem muito alto para o que é oferecido.
