Nossa estadia foi excelente! Fomos muito bem atendidos desde a chegada. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente receptivos, atenciosos e prestativos, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência.
O local tem um visual incrível, cercado pela natureza, proporcionando um ambiente tranquilo e muito agradável. Além disso, a localização é excelente, com fácil acesso e ao lado da portaria do parque nacional do Itatiaia o que torna os passeios muito práticos.
Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos para quem busca conforto, boa localização e um atendimento de qualidade.

Cons:

O chalé não está em bom estado. A funcionária do café da manhã super grosseira. Limite de comida no café da manhã. Bem diferente do que foi a primeira vez

Com algumas melhorias ficaria perfeito!
Pros:

No meio da natureza, café da manhã ótimo, piscina aquecida, chuveiro quente, camas confortáveis, muito próximo da entrada do parque de Itatiaia e a 20 min de Penedo.

Cons:

Precisa de manutenção de pintura no chalé, piscina e hidromassagem precisam de melhor limpeza, preço está caro com essas deficiências.

Pros:

I really liked the location, because it offers an amazing view over the surrounding valleys and mountains. Even though there is a bit of a drive to get there, it is so worth it! Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful with giving information on best hiking trails around and how to get to them. Would recommend!
