hôtel idéal pour son emplacement , propre et personnel sympathique
Pros:

l'emplacement pour les visites proche du métro .
le ménage quotidien avec changement des draps

Cons:

petit déjeuner ULTRA LÉGER la plus part du temps il n'y a pas le choix ! c'est une boisson et un pain chaud , même si la boisson est un verre d'eau c'est 1 seul ensuite vous payez... bref aucun intérêt

Overall a good stay in a good location.
Pros:

Good location close to Ebisu Station. Good sized room. Simple, clean and comfortable. Coin laundry facilities.

Cons:

Nothing major but they do not store luggage after checkout at 11.00am. Only one towel and face cloth provided ie. no hand towel

Pros:

チェックインもチェックアウトも自動ででき、簡単でした。
シャワーしかありませんが、全く問題ありませんだでした。

Die Lage ist perfekt: 5 min zu Ebisu-Station, eine Station weiter: Shibuya. Rundum Restaurants, Kombinis.
Rezeption 24 / 7. Waschmaschinen.

Completely utterly useless automation
Pros:

Close to the station

Cons:

Booking not registered in the system. The unmanned checkin system did not find my booking and were forced to enter the names and addresses and all personal details manually for the whole family. Staff were not helpful as though it was our fault that the booking did not appear on the screen.

Cons:

隣室の深夜の騒音が酷くて眠れなかった。
ホテルにその旨を伝えた際の対応が非常によろしくない。あり得ない対応に残念しかないです。
