Not worth the price
Pros:

The location is great, and the room is a good layout. It’s a clean, quiet neighborhood with a very convenient train station.

Cons:

It feels like a budget hotel, except you’re paying a premium for it. The duvet and pillow were very lumpy and old. The bed was hard. The lack of a way to get hot water for tea anywhere in the hotel is frustrating. The free included breakfast sells out, so you might only get a slice of plain toast. The rooms have no view.

No luggage shipping
Pros:

Great location in Ebisu with a bunch of restaurants around and subway in 5 mins walk. Clean rooms, complementary breakfast.

Cons:

They don’t ship bags to the next hotel which gave us a lot of headaches during our last night at Tokyo. You cannot leave your luggage at the hotel after check out too. This is very inconvenient
