Pros:

I came to Ebisu for work, so the location was fantastic. easy going energy in the hotel, the cleaners were super helpful and nice and insisted I get my room cleaned every three days.

Was perfect place to walk around. Plenty of restaurants near, family mart, starbucks and 7eleven

Cons:

Accomodation a bit uncofortable, hand washer outside bathroom, the shower not for claustrophobic people. No office desk to work at room.

Still a great place to stay at

We’ve stayed here before. Love the location

Cons:

Compared to our previous stay, the room cleanliness was disappointing, especially the dirty walls. We also encountered one staff member who was rude, and unfortunately he has come across that way before. The rest of the team, however, were wonderful

朝食がついていたのが良かった。ベットの寝心地が良かった。

Cons:

隣や上の音がすごく響いてびっくりした。あと、洗面台が小さくて水が飛び散ってしまうのが残念だった。

A great stay, and great value for a few days in Tokyo
Pros:

We had a wonderful a Prince Smart Ebisu. We stayed there twice at the beginning and end of our Japan trip. Location is excellent. Check-in and check-out are super easy. The rooms are simple but have everything you need, including comfy beds. The rooms are quiet. We had a huge window next to our bed with beautiful views. The free breakfast is good and the breakfast cafe area is bright and a great place to start your day.

恵比寿駅からすぐ。便利。子どもの大学受験で利用したが、静かで集中して勉強できた。トイレとシャワーが別なので、遠慮なくシャワーできる。朝食のＢＬＴが美味。部屋食にも対応くださる。
口コミで事前に把握していたので、湯沸かしポットはリクエスト。すぐに貸し出してくださった。
地下のランドリーの使用状況が部屋にいながらわかるのも助かった。
