施設は新しくて清潔感はあり。

Cons:

洗面台にコップが無いのはアメニティ以前の問題。浴室は浴槽が無くシャワーのみで戸惑った。

Good location, but the room size and lack of service significantly affected our comfort.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and well connected to public transportation. The room was clean upon arrival and the check-in process was smooth.

Cons:

The room is extremely small and not suitable for two adults for a multi-night stay. There is no space to open suitcases or move comfortably, and we had to constantly rearrange belongings just to access the bathroom or exit the room. There was no cleaning service or towel replacement during our four-night stay. When we raised the issue with reception, the only option offered was to pay almost double the rate for a larger room

非対面と思ったが、無料ロッカーの対応等、空きがない場合の対応をして下さった女性スタッフの対応がとても良かった。
清潔感があり、静かで落ち着いていた。

Cons:

料金が高いと感じた。
価格に見合った朝食にした方が良いと感じた。
ペットボトル水は、宿泊日数に応じて提供してほしいですね。

Great location for a week exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location right on the JR Yamanote line which meant we could travel pretty much anywhere around Tokyo in 30 mins or so. The Ebisu area is also lovely, and not too hectic like the Shinjuku, shibuya or other areas. Beds were comfy and the hotel let us check in early.

Cons:

Rooms were small with no place to open your suitcase but to be expected from a Tokyo city hotel.
