Beds were good and shower room being separate from WC. Modern design. Rooms were cleaned every day.
Hotel provided water only once. Lack of storage. Having more hanging places or flat surfaces would jave been helfull. Walls need a new coat of paint- you can see scuffmarks and dents everywhere.

호텔의 물을 체크인할때 한번만 주고 하는 호텔은 스마트인이 처음인것 같네요!!

Great location if wishing to spend time in Shibuya area. Excellent proximity to Ebisu station. Lots of fabulous bars and restaurants nearby.

Location is about 8mins walk from Ebisu Station. Lots of food and restaurant options nearby. Lots of convenience stores as well. Breakfast was great i like the ham and cheese sandwich.
The hotel doesn't provide water bottles everyday, only 1 bottle per person on the first day. There isnt hot water dispensers available. The curtains aren't blackout curtains as well you will get blasted by the sun at 5am in the morning.
A nice hotel in a fantastic location. Loved that it was close to so many restaurants and Ebisu train station. I booked my luggage through to them from a previous location and it was there waiting when I arrived. Although check in is all electronic, the team there was really friendly. The room, like most rooms we've stayed in Tokyo was small but it was well laid out.

We had everything we needed and a good location.
Very small room. So glad we travel with carry on bags. There's no room for anything bigger. Didn't like the machine check in. It ended up taking longer and I missed our first human experience in a new city
The location (Ebisu is a great area, calm and residential) - The free small breakfast - The elevators (always available and fast) - Clean room
The room was small and room facilities were very minimal compared to other hotels we tried. No room to put your clothes, no air fresheners, no little touch of Japanese attention + the ventilation in the shower was very loud for days, all day (!), we asked reception desk if it could be fixed, they answered a straight “no” without trying to help, just “make sure your close the (thin) door. But we discovered that we could stop it by just pressing a button located in the toilet… we would have appreciated to locate that button earlier, we would have appreciated to be heard and helped by the reception staff.
For the price, we expected a little bit better.
