Great location, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The place is very convenient to access from Ebisu station. It's super clean and new. There are so many lovely restaurants and izakaya around that you can spend an entire evening there.
The egg sandwich for morning breakfast was just gorgeous.

Cons:

Much like all Tokyo hotels the room is really small. The breakfast option is handy however very weirdly restrictive. Like surely offering a choice between black coffee or a green Tea could be done but you can only and only choose black coffee or black tea. If you show up slightly late, most sandwiches were gone and you are left with just a toasted bread

Goed hotel op een centrale locatie met fijne kamers
Pros:

De ruimte was voldoende voor één persoon. Fijn om een aparte toilet en douche te hebben. Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. .

Cons:

Iets te dik beddegoed voor tijd van het jaar. Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Ontbijt iets te minimalistisch.
