Excepcional.
Pros:

O Hotel é maravilhoso. Tem uma localização privilegiada. Perto de lojas, restaurantes, cafeterias, farmácias e outros. O carisma e atenção dos recepcionistas são o ponto forte do Hotel. Sempre alegres e dispostos a auxiliar no que precisamos. Quarto espaçoso, limpo com um banheiro amplo e uma ducha maravilhosa. Recomendo!

Cons:

O café da manhã é bem básico, não possuindo muitas opções de frutas, iogurtes e frios. Mas nada que desabone a estadia.
A internet oscila bastante.

Pros:

A melhor coisa do hotel é a localização (defronte a praça principal da cidade) o quarto é espaçoso mas, não é aconchegante (decoração antiga). O café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

Várias coisas me aborreceram. Primeiro ao chegar o controle do ar condicionado não funcionou. Disseram que era pilha (trocaram mas nada!). Ar condicionado antigo (de janela). Vazamento na pia do banheiro e ducha com pouca água (terrível para tomar banho). E os funcionários não fazem nenhuma questão de agradar o hóspede!
Já tinha tido problemas em 2022 quando me hospedei. Resolvi dar outra chance mas me arrependi!!

Funcionários muito atenciosos, desde a recepção aos funcionários em geral. Amei também o jantar estava muito bem temperado, o chefe da cozinha muito educado e atencioso também, e na saída amenina da recepção e receptiva também. Todos estão de parabéns....
