小見川駅から神栖コミュニティバスに乗車して、息栖神社に参拝後、宿泊先を探し、徒歩でアクセスできる距離にホテルがあったから、助かりました。コーヒーのサービスもありがたかったです。バスルームのシャワーカーテンが、折り紙のようにジャバラに折りたたみ、スソをキュッと折り返していたところが初めてだったので、行き届いたもてなしの気持ちに驚きました。大浴場につかり、旅の疲れもとれました。スポーツ行事に参加の方がよく利用されるホテルなのか、引率の方が、フロントに前もってカバンを20個預かって欲しいという要望に、他のお客様へのスペースの関係、玄関に置くのも管理上、目が行き届かない点もあるので、別の倉庫で対応できるか、と、対応できること、できないことをキチンと説明されていて、宿泊者の要望になるべく添いたい、というもてなしぶりを見ました。

コスパも良く臭い以外は満足でした。
Pros:

綺麗で問題もなく、朝食の牛すじカレーがものすごい美味しかったです！

Cons:

部屋に入った瞬間部屋が臭かったです。
空気清浄機を作動し何度も換気をしたが戻ってくる度に臭いなって印象は変わらずでした。
