夜の街を楽しみたい人へ、立地重視ならおすすめです。

・千葉市の繁華街内にあり、夜の街（飲食店街・ネオン街）を利用する人に最適の立地です。
・目の前にセブンイレブン等があり便利。

Cons:

・繁華街内の立地で、夜の街を利用しない人には不向きと感じました。ホテル周囲で客引行為をする立ちんぼが複数見られました。
・大浴場なし。
・エントランスホール等の共用部は狭く必要最低限のスペースのみ。
・リブマックスは新しいイメージがあったが、ここは設備が経年劣化している印象。

高CP，距離不算遠。是住千葉的優先選擇之一。
Pros:

房間隨不大，但舒適，隔音也不錯。窗簾的遮光性也很好。搭配價格實在令人難以挑剔。而且有微波爐！地點對面就是車站商場，吃喝都很方便。

Cons:

不過電視的規格有點老舊，無法投放手機畫面有點遺憾。房內沒有除濕機也有點可惜。馬桶對於我來說有點小，還好可以每天請求清潔。
