Elegant hotel with Japanese style for both leisure and business trip in Hai Phong
Pros:

I spent 3 nights to stay at this hotel and I made a right decision to book this hotel. I felt comfortable staying here not just because of the room decoration (Japanese style) elegant which made me feel relaxed after long day for business trip. The breakfast is pretty good. The hotel is quite near from the airport.

Cons:

They could have improved guest service better if they focus to care the guest during the check-in such as welcome drink, more detailed room service (how to access wifi, swimming pool and other services) rather than let the guest explore by their self.
