Location, good breakfast and super clean
Nice staff and environment
Spotlessly clean, free coffee available 24/7 which was great when you where up at strange hours with jet-lag. beds super comfortable, handy having a little kitchen as our daughter is a fussy eater. Great variety at breakfast. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Pool opening times 9am to 10pm which was brilliant if you had been out most of the day, kids could still go for a swim when we got back.

The queen size Suite is a great size with the queen bed, couch and little kitchenette.
Unfortunately the pull out bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Parking spots too narrow
Hotel was clean and they were able to let us check in a little early which was appreciated. Breakfast was great for what we needed. We were just there passing through but it was great!
Excellent customer service experience. Front desk staff (I think her name was Brenda) was very helpful when I extended my stay last minute, but the room I was in was fully booked. She arranged to have me switch rooms close by and made the transition very easy.
They had a very good pool- the lifeguard on duty was very polite and attentive!
1. There were some strange black stains on the carpet floor ride beside the bed.
2. Our room door didn’t latch to close and when we showed the front desk they said it would be fixed the next day when we got back that night the door still wasn’t fixed so we had to lift the door each time we entered it exited the room to make sure the door was actually locked.
3. The house keepers only clean the rooms Monday/Wednesday/Friday we were there from Wednesday to Friday so our room never got cleaned or new towels during our stay.
4. The breakfast wasn’t very good, the eggs were definitely not cooked all the way through
5. The pool hours weren’t the best 9am-10pm we wished the pool opened earlier so we could use it more. It’s understandable that the water slide is only open 4 hours a day as there needs to be a lifeguard but at-least the slide is open everyday and not just weekends like other hotels
Very quiet neighbourhood
The rooms don’t have smart television.
Excellent Location near everything , rooms are clean . A bit expensive .
