Pros:

Hotel com instalações novas, café da manhã excelente. Tive um pequeno imprevisto com relação ao ar condicionado do quarto que logo foi solucionado pelo funcionário.

Fomos para um evento familiart, e chegamos no sábado e saímos na 2a feira. O Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bem diversificado, cama conforrtável, quarto espaçoso. Alguns quartos têm janelas para o corredor e tivemos sorte de ter janela para os fundos. Quarto arejado e claro. Não tinha sabonete e tivemos que pedir toalha de rosto, e um virol, pois a cama era de casal e o virol, era para solteiros. O banheiro da recepção estava tão sujo e sem sabonete que deu a impressão de que limparam na sexta feira e ficou todo o fds sem recolher o lixo ( a lixeira, apesar de caber uns 30 litros) estava transbordando. o chão também estava bem supo e molhado e o dispenser de sabonete líquido, vazio. Não há um funcionário para fiscalizar o estacionamento. Assim, nosso carro ficou preso e atrasamos nossa saída em 30 minutos em plena 2a feira dia de trabalho. O piso do banheiro não tem caimento para o ralo e a água fica empoçada no meio, correndo risco de queda por ficar muito escorregadio.

Cons:

Quando pedimos para localizarem o(a) proprietário(a) do veículo que obstruiu a garagem, para conseguirmos retirar nosso veiculo do estacionamento, a funcionária da recepção ficou culpando o funcionário da noite, sendo que o cliente não tem culpa e só queríamos que o problema fosse sanado
