Crown Resorts at Lake Tansi East

We stayed here to be close to family in the area. The property was dated but very clean. Our only little glitch is that we didn’t know we needed to bring our own shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

First unit was unlocked and filthy, never cleaned from person before. Second unit had no television in one of the rooms, the ones that did have televisions we could only watch one channel because the remotes did not work and they didn’t have extras or could program the extras. The lights going downstairs were out, the bottle drawer of oven was broken…. Spiders were all over common areas webs in the windows….. numerous hair found within the bed. Started itching…. All those who stayed in unit now have bites on our bodies.

As most reviews mention it is dated, but the staff is wonderful. Our unit was clean and overlooked the golf course. To have a full kitchen, living room, deck and 2 bedrooms for the price of a standard motel room this is a great place to stay.

Very clean and nice, but could use an update on everything! I guess if updated though the price would be much higher, overall a good choice for monetary

The front office billing had trouble accepting payment from hotels.com only after I was already checked in. Causing stress to the whole experience. The place is outdated but spacious. Just really old 80’s vibe. Fair for the price.

Paid for a king and two doubles but got a queen and two twins. Sewage smell in lower level. No deadbolt on door. Sliding glass difficult to lock… not sure it really ever did. Front porch light out made entry hazardous.

The property is a bit faded and smells old but if you don’t have asthma, it should be just fine. I suspect that it is fun in the summer with the lake and the facilities.

The electric outlets all had the top plugin was loose. The phone chargers fell out,had to use all the bottom plugs. The recliner would recline easy but very hard to put back up. The toilets had to be flushed a few times just to get a two piece section of toilet paper to go down and they ran for a long time.

Great space for my family and I when my grandparents house was full! Location to all of Tansi was great. Full kitchen and all amenities included were great! Thank you!

Check in was great. Friendly staff. Condo needs updated. Carpet smelled musty. But overall clean neat. Comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen very clean. I will definitely stay again.

Front desk was very friendly. Accomodations were a little out of date. Very peaceful place to stay.

The one and only thing we didn't like was that the sliding glass doors were almost impossible to open and felt like they were going to pull apart when you tried to open them. Other than that the place was GREAT.

The staff was wonderful. The two onsite restaurants are great, and it was very clean. It is very outdated but not worn out. The bed is pretty firm. I appreciated the extra pillows and blanket! We loved being able to have a fire. We were there in the middle of December, so it was cold. Close to many fun things to do!

We didnt get to do much but there is alot to do just need to be prepared before ya go it was nice our friends that lived in crossville had a very hard time finding us but after they did it was nice to catch up and we had a good noght but it is hard to find so maje sure

My guest quarters for just one night were very spacious and very clean. I was given keys to athletic facilities, which I did not have time to take advantage of.

Read the reviews before going in so had lower expectations. For us we needed a place that gave some space and comfort amenities like a microwave and fridge. The unit was a bit dated (early 90s decoration) but clean. We had no maintenance issues and it was quiet. The location is on the south side of crossville and was closer to our destination vs staying downtown which was another reason for staying. Amenities close by like a game room, playground, W/D but didnt use any of them. We'll stay again on future trips.
