Comfortable short stay
Pros:

Great location in the center, quiet so had very good rest, simple and very clean room. Appreciate early check-in so we could spend the day on slopes. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was alright though too many sweet choices but its just our savory preference.

Cons:

Only a few things that would have made the stay perfect. Ski room needs improvement, the proper benches, heating, tidiness, and storage for snowboards as they didnt fit in ski storage.
Water bottle in the room, better hair dryer would have been great to have.
Outside parking full of ice, as well as near entrance to hotel which is supposed to be cleaned especially as it is family hotel.

I would definitely come back.
Pros:

The staff is very attentive to our needs and requests.
the rooms are warm and the beds are comfortable. Although there are many families with children staying, it is quiet in the hotel. There are enough places arranged for them.
Breakfast and dinner ok, especially dinner.
Very close to bus stops. A few stops from Carusello 3000.
Is situated in the lively area of ​​the city with many shops around

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast could be more varied.
